Man I really hope it's enough. It should be if playoff Giannis can get his head out of his ass. No excuses.

No excuses at all, unless Brooklyn gets Harden or some ****, or of course injuries kill us. The FO/ownership has pulled their weight this offseason.

The truly great ones win with a team like this. It's time for Giannis to step up.

Agreed. I was just sitting here daydreaming that Jrue/Bog/Midds/Lopez is a really nice core and for 0.8 seconds I forgot we also have the ever player in the world to add that that.

Dude this lineup is **** insane it's just starting to sink in. Bogdan honestly probably could be a 19-20 ppg guy on a better coached team where he's utilized better and he's gonna be our 4th best player lol. Brook was a DPOY candidate and will be our 5th guy.

Really interested to see which ring chasers we get.

We don't need a third team to get around the BYC. We're sending out 14.5m and thats within the range for salary matching purposes.

DDV ain't no scrub, but you gotta give something to gain something else. DJ Wilson was practically dead salary. Ilyasova was a useful role player for us, but meh whatever. He was expendable. I like this deal a lot.

PG: Jrue
SG: Bogdan
SG: Middleton
PF: Giannis
C: BroLo

That's definitely an upgrade over our starting lineup last season.

Haven't crunched the numbers, is James in the deal to make it work or do the Bucks want him?

If he has a pulse he's good enough for our bench.

Really though, he actually seems like he could be a decent flyer.

Most likely in the deal to make it work.

Edit:

Like depending how much Bogdan actually gets in theory you could have partly guaranteed Ersan's contract for like just under 6m but that has never been done for a trade in the NBA before.

I'm going to miss watching Donte play, but Bogdan should be great in the Bucks system.

I like this move a lot better than giving up the farm for Jrue Holiday.

Now sign Anthony Davis on a cheap "prove it" deal.

Do think it is important to note that we just traded three #1's and two pick swaps. This was on top of also owing Cleveland likely the 2022 #1 (Hill trade). And we don't have our organic pick #30 this week as final payment on the Bledsoe swap.

So with Hill and Bledsoe going out, we basically spent five first rounders and two pick swaps in a matter of an hour.

Not arguing against the moves. So far the plan seems workable. But it wasn't like Jrue and Bogdanovic fell out of the sky.

Oh I fully understand the cost. Let's hope there are protections in case the car does crash...

It really is a shame Bled couldn't figure it out.

Wait did Horst just get the only 2 players I really cared about us getting this offseason?

Seriously think we have the best team in the league at this point in time, can you point out any holes in our playoff lineup now? I'm having trouble coming up with much, that's an unstoppable starting lineup imo

DJ Wilson always seemed destined to play for the kings.

Certainly, the best I've seen in a lifetime, I could give a **** about losing our picks etc. This is chips in time and they did it.
