I guess that takes a "our 1sts for forever" platter for Harden off the table

The 2025 pick is going to be the 1st overall as Joel fades to dust and Ben retires to be a twitch streamer.

Doesn't this limit the amount of firsts we can offer?

I wonder how Morey grades the job Brand did over the last two years.

This gets considerably more interesting if there's a team that actually wants Tobias Harris (Atlanta maybe?). Kinda had to figure it would cost a 1st to get
off Horford, and Green is at least helpful in the meantime as a movement shooter that can defend.

How many years will have to go by before we stop getting punched in the dick by Colangelo and his idiot friends?

I can’t believe the reactions on this forum.
Morey just cleaned one of the worst contact in the NBA. He got rid of the player who can not play with Embiid. He got winner and a three time NBA champion as a starting SG in Danny Green, and yet some of you complain?

Greens defense and ability to hit open threes is the sell for me. If the ******* Nets end up with James Harden, we're going to need all the quality perimeter defense we can get. Simmons, Green, Mattise, Rich if we keep him, Zhaire if he comes into the picture. That gives us five above average wing defenders that can effortlessly switch on defense. Hypothetically...from a 2K POV...I like it.

We also get back a trade exception? riiiight? So maybe we can utilizise this in another trade.
