Don't know why folks give these dudes clicks when it isn't Woj or other reputable guys that brings us solid news consistently.

This leads me to believe that the Hornets and Minnesota could not find a deal. The question is whether or not Minnesota finds anything with other teams.

Well one side could of leaked it and not the other.

I think someone above mentioned it too but it makes sense for Amick to report this since he's more plugged in with Sacramento and can help cover the tracks a bit.

Reads like Amick greasing the wheels with the new regime in Sac.

It would take a high level of incompetence for this to not have been worked out. And if it wasn't set, one or both teams would have been screaming that the other night.

Boston at 14. Boston can just own an entire section of the draft as a sort of dry run for when OKC and NOP have blocks of 7-9 picks in a row where it is only those two teams drafting.

you must keep in mind that Bonnell has no contacts in the Hornets. He is the worst beat writer, who generally has 0 insight.

I mean it's a random rumor thread on a message board whose entire point is concocting fake trades. Doesn't seem harmful to bring in outside ideas for the 1 week a year they heat up.

Hope Klay's injury not serious, if it is could change GS's strategy regarding draft/trades

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, Thompson will undergo tests in order to determine the severity of the injury.

Thompson, 30, averaged 21.5 points on 46.7 percent shooting (40.2 percent from three-point range) with 3.8 rebounds per game for the Warriors during the 2018-19 season, his last full campaign.

Thompson suffered a torn ACL during Game 6 of the NBA Finals while driving for a layup late in the third quarter of his team's eventual 114-110 loss to the Toronto Raptors. He somehow knocked down his two free throws and stayed on the court for a few seconds before being taken out.

Maybe using 25 and 28 to move up (so Minny can use 25 on a vet). Or if they do get 17,18. 25 and 28, that'd have to signal multiple trade-ups.
