Oh wow. He’s one of my fave players. Hate for him to go down like this.

If it’s a torn Achilles, that could be it.

They're saying it's an Achilles... That's absolutely devastating if true. Hopefully he comes back and can still ball.

Warriors fan here. Thanks for the sympathy.

Wanna give us Fournier for our TPE? Would make me feel a lot better.

I really hope its not too bad as was looking forward to seeing him and Curry together again next season. He also seems like a good guy.

Any way to have a possible pick swap next year with the Minnesota pick for Fournier?

It seems like the perfect match. Fournier 17m, the Warriors 17m TPE.

I wish Klay the best, that's awful luck.

The Warriors, now have the two worst contracts in the league, and Draymond's does't look like it will age well either.

Don't see a pick swap working into this, as there is a lot of hope around that Minny pick being in the Lottery. No way Warriors give that up. Maybe a future 2nd rounder or something. But it would pretty much be salary relief.

That really sucks. He is so smooth and fun to watch shoot the ball and play defense.

Why in the world would we give Fournier for free ? Overpay or enjoy another losing season.

Funnily I saw an article online saying Fournier to the Warriors into their TPE for a 2nd rounder, and the justification for the Magic doing it was 'To clear cap space so they could find a better deal in free agency' :uhoh:

Sending Fournier out for negligible assets does zero for us. We aren't in the luxury tax, doesn't get us anywhere near having cap space, doesn't improve the team (sit down addition by subtraction brigade)... Maybe, maybe would impact how much of the MLE we can/will spend depending on whether extensions to Isaac or Fultz get done, but that's it.

That's a bad reason, but if it was an honest reason aka sucking in a year where Isaac is down, we're playing 2 rookies + Bamba, and not having a chance realistically against a lot of these superteams while maybe getting a top 5 pick in 2021 wouldn't be the worst reason for doing it. Not that I expect the franchise to go in that direction but who knows!

Fournier for the TPE and a lottery protected 1st sounds good. Or lottery protected, with conditional provisions where if both picks fall to the lottery it becomes a pick swap and we get the best.

Sign TLC for the MLE to replace Fournier.

Or... Fournier + Aminu for Wiggins? I certainly would.

Hell if we are getting that crazy why not go Fournier + Aminu + filler for Westbrook?

I'm glad neither will happen
