In Spain they just made official we just signed Campazzo for the next two years.

We won't regret It, the guy is extremely good. What has not been released yet is the salary.

He has to pay a 6M€ buyout to Real Madrid...he is going to be expensive.

Plumlee has agreed to a deal with the Pistons. 3 years $25M. Looks like we need a new backup center. No surprise. Odd move from Detroit, but that's really all they do.

I wonder if we would try to do a sign and trade for Wood or maybe Henson.

IDK if this true, I hoped for a more experienced and more established backup-center.

Shams was reporting Howard was going back to the Lakers and then deleted and tweeted he was still considering his options, interesting.

I guess Howard tweeted and deleted as well.

The Nuggets are only allowed to pay a portion of the buyout. I do not know how much, but let's face it, whatever the Nuggets are allowed to pay, they'll pay. It doesn't count against the salary cap and in the world of the NBA, $6m is relatively insignificant.

Cousins might be an interesting guy for us. We can get the kids some time early in the season and somewhat rest him for down the stretch and into the playoffs if he isn't anticipating being fully healthy yet.

Sounds like Harry Giles is on his way out of Sacramento, I would not mind taking a flyer on him.

My question is if Cousins has really changed? I look at it that he has been the cocky ass who was a great player but on a terrible team, with some bad ownership and worse front office/coaching situations. Nobody better in the league for a young team than that guy who has been it, and learned his lessons. He could be a great guy to have in the lockeroom to help MPJ be humble and Jokic have a little more confidence, or he could ruin this team. I don't want the guy that was with the Kings anywhere near this team, but if he has been humbled I would give him the BAE with a team option on the 2nd year.

76ers got their backup Center, money will be interesting, as he must be getting paid to bail on the Lakers like that.

Galo was one of my personal top PF alternatives in case we not re-sign Grant, but now that scenario is off.

Interesting, he took the money over the title possibility.

Looks like Paul Millsap just got some leverage

What about Markieff Morris with the remaining 5M from MLE?

I think It is a good acquisition at a reasonable price.

I assume the full MLE is gone in Campazzo + Green if we keep Millsap's rights.

We should target Aaron Gordon as our starting PF (Barton + Monte + FRP is enough?). Finally, Markieff Morris with the BAE would be a great deal

Good call... once we lost Grant, we need one defensive specialist in our frontcourt line with Jokic and Porter.

That said I would still more prefer PF or combo-forward than SF guy. I guess if FO knows on time that we going to lose Grant, they would be much more aggressive to get Covington. Now is too late, but Crowder, not a bad alternative plan, he is stronger than Barton, and better fits.

The latest reports are that Gordon Hayward's price is in the 20-25M per season range, despite declines 35M expiring salary. Should we trade Harris and Barton for cap space and assets, and gamble on Hayward as SG starter with some roles on the forward spot during games?
