This is the contract we all knew was coming for Augustin so I've been mentally prepared for this.

Oh I do not like this at all. I sure as hell hope there's a team option in there. Ideally in year two. He's 33.

Great signing. Another guard that can do a little of everything. Underrated move.

Love this signing, can play next to Jrue and bomb threes / draw the D. A lot of Bucks fans wished this one into existence.

How did they have this much $ to spend? I thought all they had left were minimums.

That seems expensive but then I remember it is Ersan money.

Not a fan of three years whatsoever. He is a decent fit assuming he doesn't drop off but he's right at the cusp of that, potentially.

Well, that's about it then. It also appears as though they didn't bungle the Connaughton signing given this contract. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about that.

Hopefully it's like the George Hill deal where the last year isn't guaranteed?

Augustin taking up most of the MLE. Bobby Portis is a BAE and Pat is the Early Bird.

Trey Burke got BAE type money and is a very similar type of player (and imo better). We missed out TBH.

Not bad. But our wing depth remains incredibly suspect and idk how they address that glaring issue now.
