Don’t think it’s to use him in a trade tbh, he already posted about how excited he is to be back. Doesn’t seem like something you would do if you had an idea you were getting flipped right away

If we tacked a third year on couldn't that mean he's on the move in a S&T?

Love Pat but 3 years makes no sense.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Went from 4.2 for 2 guaranteed to 5.3.. only makes sense if it's the sign and trade deal. Basically here's an extra million for a one year deal most likely.

Or the front office made a mistake by giving him an option initially, so they had to renegotiate the deal and the agent demanded more.

Did you really just post a lineup with the starting 2 guard being JR Smith?

Our actual management posted a lineup with the starting 2 guard being Tony Snell.

I know a lot of y’all are still hoping it’s to trade him but as others have mentioned, he’s already tweeted about how excited he is to be back and Woj said it’s so he can stay. Idk, would be great if the Bogdanovic thing happens but it really doesn’t seem like it. I do agree adding money seems weird on the surface.

This makes zero sense. It was "reshaped" into more per year in order to keep him in MIL because of other moving parts? Like, literally it doesn't make sense. Going to wait and see what happens with this contract before I make judgement.

Solid defensively, even more so with DDV but our issues are at the other end. Our half court offense is s*** and bogdan has exactly the type of skillset we need, not to mention is fearless for those final moments. If giannis wasn't so flawed, we could just throw him the ball...You basically need him to develop a go to move or you need DDV to really elevate his offense.

If we aren't moving him on then that deal is garbage lol. Even at $4m a year it wasn't good.
