Danny **** this whole thing up. But he didn't do it today. It happened months ago.

Did that help?

who would you have traded Hayward for months ago that would have improved our situation. Please tell me.

How could I possibly give you an answer to a hypothetical that only danny ainge is privy to with knowledge I could never attain?

He had 3 years to read the room on hayward and he read the wrong book.

Damn! If only he had you to hold his hand and whisper in his ear.

This.

Ainge is become like the basketball GM version of Trump.

He could cut Tatum right now and he wouldn’t lose their confidence.

You're not really interested in a conversation, are you? You just want to assign thoughts to others and disparage them based on those assignments.

Ainge does not have this dedicated squad of hyper fans you are imagining. There's way more nuance than that.

Anyway, we know who's fault this all really was:

No, I’m pretty done with any conversation considering the day this franchise just had and the barren wasteland of available moves left to make.

Go to Celtics Reddit and read some of that garbage and try telling me again that Ainge still doesn’t have his super squad of blind green teamers...

When did Charlotte jump into the conversation anyway?

Sounds like MJ called Gordon last night or this morning and offered him huge bag and sold him on Charlotte while Danny was trying to fleece Indy.

He's been to the ECF more times than he's had a 2nd round exit but I appreciate the creativity on that. I'll give it a B- for effort.

Ok, maybe a dumb question, but if Ainge and Tatum agree to wait on an extension until next offseason, we can use all all except the cap hold then sign JT?

Meltdown on here if JT waits a year alone could be worth it. Lol

To have the full MLE and BAE do we have renounce the Kanter TPE of $5mil? or can we use that along with the MLE and BAE?

Get over it man. Move on. Ainge is who we thought he was.

I miss last year when the Celtics beat the Heat easily to make the finals....

Oh wait

So because the Heat beat the Celtics last year that means they are "demonstrably better"?

I'm not sure what your argument is lol.

They beat Boston in the playoffs and their roster is better top to bottom. The Heat have a better coach...

Not sure how you can make an argument that the Celtics are even on the same level as the Heat right now. Please take off the green glasses.

Ainge said this season we'd be a tax team. That we'd get veterans.

LOL

Oh and we kept Semi too looks like. 2020 is the worst and I'm just crushed

Lol you seriously think Charlotte only put in an offer last night? They definitely reached out right away and then when Trezz declined them, they upped their offer to something he couldn't refuse and he took it. Pretty simple it sounds like.

Their roster is definitely not better from top to bottom lol.
Good assessment:

The big problem is the Celtics don’t have many avenues to get better. That means it’s Tatum/Brown and Kemba. If one of them gets hurt it’s over.

Ainge has to find a way to add quality depth. Good Luck!

Yah, truth be told I wanted to lose Hayward so Smart could get a bigger role. Hurts getting no one for him and still having no big depth. Ainges job got a hell of a lot tougher today.

Apparently the Sixers and Heat are now "demonstrably better" than the Celtics.

back your arguement up. Take the sig bet that I used to call you out on the stupid take that come April, he'd be gone because he is so bad. I think it's more likely that Jordon is is in hot water trying to trade Hayward away with a first

You made a.dumb comment about danny dying of a heart attack.

I want nothing to do with that bad juju

Fortunately, very, very fortunately, this is not Reddit. Don't bring their baggage over here then blame us for it.

Talk to the posters here as individuals. Do not paint them funny colors with broad, coarse brushes.

This is like a game thread when the team is halfway through the season winning 65% of the games, and are down by 10 at halftime to the sixers. All the level headed people leave and the misery loves company are wollowing on the negative.

i have better things to do guys, see you in the spring when we are fighting for the playoffs seeding and we lose 1 game.
