Thompson started shooting 3's last season and hit 39% of them.

2 years $19 million. I like it. Need shooting now. Our bigs are Thompson, Theis, timelord, Tacko. I like that.
I need Wannamaker back and shooting and scoring off the bench. Edwards needs to be able to make shots this year. Romeo should start.

Hayward was underwhelming but your right turner wouldve been betterBigTrade92 wrote:BRUNiNHO91 wrote:BigTrade92 wrote:

Excellent. Ainge making the big splash.
Complains about no moves. We make a move and he complains some more. You gotta love fans
$19 mill? This ain’t the move.
It’s a panic pivot after getting undressed by Hayward

Who is crapping on GH? People are all over Ainge because he has done absolutely nothing to improve this team thus far.
How much of it is on Ainge? Look at his Charlotte contract and let’s be honest.
For an S&T for a competitive contract, they would have to be at 30m of out going salary, given that IND only has positive assets, then they couldn’t pair Turner with junk.
Clearly DA did everything he could, but there was no deal to make.
And let’s be honest. Nobody wanted GH on a 4/120m

Good signing and will be the starting center. Still need a bit more bench scoring.

Kanter $5 mill >>>>> Kardashian $19 mill
Moves being made for the sake of it aren’t good moves.

what's with Ainge's infatuation with 6'8" centers who can't shoot? Seriously, what a God awful move that stinks of panic. Oh well, treadmill it is.

I really thought we had no shot to get him due to the Rich Paul connection.

Can he pull a Baynes this season and become a 3 point sniper out of nowhere?? Would be nice!
He started showing signs of that last year.
That would be a sweet sweet surprise!

He's a decent defender also. Remember being impressed with him in the finals switching out on Klay and Steph a few times.
Great pick up.

You need to overpay to get players to come here if they aren't going to contend. Still fills a huge need.

2 yr MLE but not sure if 2nd year is guaranteed. He's better than Myles Turner though so that's good.

Are we really sure that Jaylen would have gotten a big offer this offseason?
Very few teams with that kind of cap room, and of the ones who do or could have, who was bypassing all of the other possible guys out there just to tie it up in an offer they know we'd have matched. Maybe the Knicks do it for the max just to spite us, but... hmm.
pretty sure Charlotte would have rather given that contract to Brown
After the year Jaylen had? Jesus. Would have required Fox money

Still not how restricted free agency works.
