We need more wings and probably another big - Torrey Craig and Baynes would be great. Is that possible or did we spend all our money on Captain Pat?

Isn't Thanasis also signed through next year?
Ooops, missed Thanasis...

Jrue/DJ Aug/...
Donte/.../Merill
Midds/Patty/Nwora
Giannis/Wilson/Thanasis
Lopez/Portis/...

2 way - Jalen Adams/...

Nwora is more of a 4, but we are pretty loaded at the 4, so I put him as a 3. Still want Torrey Craig behind Donte. Baynes should be Brooks backup, Portis should backup Gianiss.
Craig and Baynes would make.me.happy at this point, all things considered.

The contrast between “Pat’s deal is designed for a Bogdan sign and trade” (followed by a Bucks braintrust redemption tour) is so stark compared to “The Bucks front office screwed up with the salary cap in the wake of the Bogdan fiasco.”

This is a stretch, but is it possible that all the deals / leaks we've seen thus far have more to do with convincing Giannis to sign the max offer than to build the best team for 2021 and the future? When ownership sat down with Giannis, he likely told them to go get Jrue at all costs, so they did just that by giving up all the future draft picks. He also wanted Bogdon. However, since they had to blow their entire load on Jrue, and knew that getting Bogdon would be impossible without a first round draft pick included, they leaked the news on purpose and made it more about the league stepping in and nixing the deal than us not having the assets to acquire him. The Bucks then leaked the news of going after Nwora about 10-12 picks before their selection at 45, not because they wanted to draft him so badly, but to show Giannis they were prioritizing another kid with a Nigerian dad. If he was selected by someone else at 35, then it was the thought that counted. Next we have Patty C. (Giannis's work out buddy) being taken care of handsomely. Of Course, Thanasis is also signed through next year. This is all a big stretch, but not sure how to explain what the front office is doing otherwise.

It's like on this one niche player evaluation channel, the Bucks' brass reads my posts.

I love this signing. I had my eye on this guy for round 2.
At a party given by a billionaire, Kurt Vonnegut informs Joseph Heller that their host had made more money in a single day than Heller had earned from his novel Catch-22.

Heller responds, “Yes, but I have something he will never have — ENOUGH.”

Holding out hope for some complicated s&t like the rest though.

Really this off-season will all come down to whether GA signs the supermax when he is back from Greece. A+ if he does (with/without Bogi). B (less that supermax, but signs a 2+1 at least), F (doesn't sign anything).

At least two years are guaranteed.

Where did you see that? 2 years guaranteed at 5 would also make sense from a "we messed up and need to take away your PO" standpoint. 3rd year would have to be team option then. Not sure why you'd even bother having the 3rd year, but I guess it gives the team more options.

This is an interesting signing, looks like a much better version of Thon.

So if the Bucks are done with making any significant moves, then what is the hold up with the Jrue trade? Not only are we giving up all those first round draft picks, but now we have to wait for NO to finalize their negotiations with Denver and OKC as well? Nothing is guaranteed until the deal is announced and subsequently signed. We have to be getting something else out of this deal. Otherwise, I can't imagine NO delaying it this long after getting all that capital from the Bucks.
