we can always start one of those guys next to holiday and use ddv as the jackknife. its not like forbes and augustin havent been starters on some decent teams in their careers

Whatever the starting 5 ends up being it's becoming obvious they're not going to share the floor together aside from a few minutes beginning and end. Because they're going to have to stagger minutes with 2-3 starters on the floor at all times to be able to have a respectable defensive squad on the floor. I'm not saying it as an impossibility, more as an inevitability. It's just the reality.

Great signing!

33rd in the league last year in made 3pters with 148. Middleton had 147.

39% from 3.

This sums it up. Lost really good defenders (Ers, Williams, Bled, Rolo, Matthews) and got one good one back. Can you see a lineup with Portis, Augustine, Forbes, DJ and Pat? Even two of them on the court at the same time is bad. And if they trade Donte, woa.

I wasn't crazy about yesterday's action, but I like this one quite a bit.

the 2nd year po's give them the ability and insurance to opt in but it also gives us the ability to resign if they opt out. its a bone we throw the player instead of cash to help them sign cheap under the hard cap this year. i like the philosophy considering we cant pay the extra up front in year one

Hope we can land Torrey Craig or someone competent on that end, cause you're absolutely right on the bench D. Woof

I guess if you figure that we don't cover guys at the 3 point line anyways, then maybe adding guys who can hit shots is more important?
