Let's NOT compare him to Zion ever again though...he's not even close to that level and really nobody from this class is.

Its been one game though. Lets wait longer than one college game lol

Ben Simmons was trash the first half a year in college but was a much better prospect than Zion

Really? To each his own I guess. When I first watched Zion in college, it took about a half to realize that he was the best college prospect since Anthony Davis imo (I felt similarly about KAT btw). He was so obviously a much better player than Barrett despite Barrett being higher rated.

Cade actually reminds me of a Barrett-type that can pass. At best case, Tatum (who was somewhat a late bloomer in college relatively speaking).

But a "generational" prospect...don't see it.

Yes I am impressed with UNC'S freshmen this year. My cousin kept hyping RJ Davis to me and telling me he would start. I was surprised to see him starting lol. Love could be a top 15 pick. Another position we don't need tho which is PG

I wonder if Jalen Suggs will be better than Cade Cunningham

Ayo Dosunmu VS Cade Cunningham?

I guess if I had to choose between the two I might give a slight edge and draft Cade but I feel I would regret it

We don't have someone like Love though if he's legit 6'4" with a 6'9" wingspan. We probably lose one of Rozier or Monk or even both depending on trades and Monk's contract year. I think Love or Suggs could fit in a rotation with Tae and LaMelo.

True good point. I think Rozier and Graham are pretty much gone depending on how Ball plays so if they are the best available then why not...

Graham can play off-ball, couldn't we play multiple point guards? Worked for the Raptors, OKC, and Dallas.

Yes we can, if we can get them at a reasonable price and if they are willing to come off the bench at some point. I doubt we'd want to keep LaMelo coming off the bench nor would he probably want too for more than a season. Not sure how Graham feels about that. If all buy in then absolutely.

Weirdest thing happened today. Well not really weird but weird lol. Well as you guys know I am pretty much a HUGE Ayo Dosumnu fan. Today his team won by a point with Ayo winning the game at the free throw line by one point. The weird thing is that during the game Ayo was in a battle.

Ayo posted 27 pts, 8 ass, 7 rebs, but the weird thing is he was in a battle against a dude
Jason Preston that posted 31 pts, 8 ass, 6 rebs.

That game was a war. Both teams were undefeated. I walked away still an Ayo fan but the weird thing is I might be almost as equal a fan of the dude he was waring against lol. His name is Jason Preston. He is another sleeper of mine. I like this kids game

As you can see the kids got skill so it's not like Ayo went against a regular.

Here is their battle

Still something lacking in this draft but I have a few sleepers in this draft and this is the latest one. His name is Trey Murphy. I like him as a potential 1st rounder for us. Trey has a smooth game.

Jason Preston, Arturs Zagars, Scotty Pippen JR,

SG - 1
Ayo Dosunmu, James Bouknight, Both Gache, Jared Butler, Tre Mann, Macio Teague, Ochai Agbaji,

SF - 1
Trey Murphy, Aaron Wiggins,

PF - 1
Azuolas Tubelis, Chris Smith, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl

C - 1
Charles Bassey, Ike Obiagu, Derek Culver,

Keon Johnson should be available when we draft. He's the quick 2/3 wing this roster needs, he's a great fit.

Jalen Green is a clear top 2 pick... dude is built like Kobe Bryant and has the attitude and defense to back it up. I think he's the surest pick in the draft.

But Scottie Barnes is intriguing.

Also I really like David Duke game a lot. I have him right behind Ayo and Bouknight on my SG list. I think he has a complete game.

Dude looks a bit like rapper NBA YOUNGBOY imo lol. Hopefully he has a hip hop style that results in dunking over dudes if he's our pick.

These are thread names I like if we drafted Troy Murhpy or David Duke

-----
3-M-III - The Trey Murphy Thread

fanta UNC island - the david DUKE thread

-----
If we draft Trey Murphy III, we could name the thread

3-M-III - The Trey Murphy Thread

For obvious reasons.

-----
If we draft David DUKE we could name the thread

Fanta UNC Island - The david DUKE Thread

FANTA - would be short for Fantasy since he would be a fantasy player by not being highly touted and we would project him to be that a steal since he is under the radar.

UNC - I used this after Fanta because his name is DUKE and UNC replaces the SY in fantasy so instead of fantasy its fanta UNC and they are rivals in the state he plays in.

ISLAND - I got this name because he plays for PROVIDENCE and thats in RHODE ISLAND.

Some dude for Duke put up 19-19-5-4 with 8-8 from the field yesterday.

No idea who J. Johnson is but that's damn impressive.

Everyone thinks he reminds them of a young Paul Pierce. Good first game for JJ.
