BTW Clippers fans are wondering why I'm posting negative or potentially negative Clippers stories... whether or not this was about the Clippers, Suns, Bucks, Magic or anyone else it's worth discussing and the offseason is slow. I realize the Clippers are RealGM's least favorite team for a multitude of reasons (I very well could be one of them), but this is the perfect opportunity for the Clippers to SHOW they are different this year. If they can overcome all of the attitude, drama, bad coaching, health etc and win a ring this year (hopefully while carrying themselves much better), I think we will look back at this as one hell of a championship.

If PG returns to MVP caliber form, Lue really does hold everyone accountable as he promised today, new role players fit better... there is no reason the Clippers cannot be hoisting the Larry O'Brien trophy at season end. The talent was never the issue. The coaching+chemistry+leadership+mental toughness was. According to reports today Kawhi is making way more effort this summer to socialize with teammates and be involved. PG is apparently training his ass off (was sitting out all of last summer with double shoulder surgery). Ty Lue today said the team is going to have a totally new system. The pace will be much faster, the ball movement and play actions will be a much higher emphasis. If these things happen, I'm ecstatic for 2021.

I saw that, but in all fairness that was only one play type he was wrong on. In general Doc used him pretty damn badly, and Clippers fans knew it all season long.

I didn't know Doc was his coach every time in his career he disappeared in the playoffs.

Edit: I'm sorry, 'disappeared' is not the right word, he didn't disappear, he was there, just kept on bricking like there was no tomorrow.

George has to take some personal responsibility. The franchise treating him and Kawhi with so much leniency has resulted in a toxic culture. Can't imagine anybody else in that locker room is happy if even half of what we heard today is true.

What's the point of kicking someone when they already left? Why is he talking and not letting the game talk for him? No one is listening to anything PG has to say after one of the worst performances by an all NBA guy in years. Stop making excuses and prove you can do it under another coach. Ya count me in on both of these guys were/are in the wrong. I believe him 100% that there was no talks of adjustments during the playoffs. Many on here have been saying the exact same thing and that is one of the main reasons Doc blows so many 3-1 leads. Other teams make adjustments while he doesn't change anything. I also do think PG's skillset was underutilized.

With that said, why the hell is PG coming out on a podcast telling all this stuff after Doc got fired. Grow up, be a man and handle this stuff behind closed doors. This just sounds trashy to do this now. PG has a way to always point fingers, while never looking at himself.
