Re: Knicks - Cavs PG II
just goes to show you guys how important drafting actually is.
Who knows how good IQ is/will be.
but the proof is that there is only 1 way out of his hell hole, and that's though the draft.

what more evidence does Thibs need to start IQ than him helping Knox look like that tonight?

Re: Knicks - Cavs PG II
A few thoughts:
- Quickley needs to start.
- Payton needs to be released. No need to have him on the team.
- DSJr and Frank have little to no place on this team.
- Knox is much better off the bench.
- Obi needs confidence and find a place where he can consistently score. Right now he looks lost between shooting 3's, post-up, etc.
- Barrett looks much more comfortable. Much improved with layups, post-up, FT's. Looks lost with 3 point shooting.
- Mitch is very effective not picking up fouls. He needs to resist the urge to go for the highlight play and pick up cheap fouls.
- Randle needs to go.
- With shooting, this team can be fun to watch.
- Iggy is not an NBA player. Won't be with the team and will be released at some point.
BTW, why does Thibs use gel or mousse for his hair? There is only a few of them on the top.

I think Quickley has a LOT to do with Knox looking comfortable.
He doesn't trust Elf to get him the ball, doesn't like playing with the vets (a little bit Knox's fault) and Quickley gets the ball to shooters in their comfortable spot, in rhythm.
