I took him at 8th this year in the Lakers board Dynasty League(Fantasy) and I'm loving every minute of it.
Can't remember a rookie guard this poised, efficient and who makes so few mistakes out of the gate.

james wiseman looks like a good player, in a few years. Very high potential. It's good GSW is being patient with him.
Anthony Edwards and pat Williams may not be foundational franchise players but they will be really good players for their teams.
Then there's a few other good players, can't argue against that.
That said, James Wiseman has the highest upside in this draft

Haliburton, Deni, and Pritchard have looked the best so far.
As a Wiz fan, I couldn't be happier. Legit two way player with great vision and BBIQ. Looks like Kukoc/Odom and is only 19.

The energy of the way this incoming class was talked about by experts was nauseating. Really hope these dudes make it to spite the Nate Duncan types, who used words like “terrible” to describe kids who had yet to play a second of NBA basketball.
The Milwaukee Bucks are NBA Champions.

It's so early still for all rookie hot takes so these are all grain of salt proclamations. But Pat Williams is more than passing the eye test for high potential premium big wing talent. Quick feet, good handle, really impressive pull up mid range jumper as well as great looking tools on defense. I'm very excited the Bulls have such a talent at the premium role. It's cliche to say in this thread, but "I wouldn't trade him for anyone in this class".

Achiuwa has looked better than Avdija.

The Timberwolves are on their way to ruining another lottery pick. They have no clue how to develop talent.

Hell of a half by LaMelo Ball, his shot looks pretty much fixed already (I don't get the hate if Halliburton has a worse form?)
15 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, 1 TO, 4/6 FG, 3/4 3PT shooting, 4/4 from the line
He is very crafty around the rim but is far too weak right now, once he adds strength and grows into his body he will be great around the rim and be able to draw a lot of fouls

LaMelo Ball just scored 22 points, shot 70%, 80% from 3, 4 Offensive Rebounds
With the multiple page thread about his 0-5 first game that everybody crowned him as the biggest bust of the draft with no future in the NBA, it will be interesting to see the hot takes on this one. I guess he just got some lucky bounces?

8 rebounds(4 offensive)
5 assists
1 steal
1 block
2 turnovers

Wow is he better than Doncic?
Seems like it when we base on stats purely from this game

Something tells me this thread will be crickets. You always know the young players Realgm want to see fail.

I think the kid is talented regardless how you feel about him or his father.

He's played well the past few games. People crowning him a bust after shooting 0-5 in his first game was always laughable. At least let the kid play a few games first.

I like his brothers game more. He seems much more humble.
