he shot that like shawn marion. i don't see anything that indicates "star" ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

i don't either but people want to be right about their pick or grieve and moan about everything the knicks do so I guess we have to hear about it every time he scores 10 points

maybe this means people will finally get bored with agonizing over sga and porter

Isn’t that what you’ve been doing with Lamelo whenever he makes a 3 and sham whenever Frankoro decides to score more than 5 points

I hate Harden. Both his style on the court and the what he chooses to do with his life off it (though that's obviously a personal issue I have since the man is an historically productive basketball player). I fully understand how much of a financial nightmare, as well as a cultural problem he poses - especially in NYC. And he's already 31.

But with Thibs in charge I'd be in on acquiring him if future draft picks were left largely intact. If we get to the point where Randle and/or RJ pays the vast majority of the trade bill, I can see the value in pulling the trigger.

If IQ was playing, nobody here would be losing sleep about Tyrese.

People would still want Haliburton, he's a great compliment to a scoring guard and has the size to play the 2.

I dig it.
Still no reason to lose sleep. We haven’t even got Obi going. We should at least wait until Obi gets in a groove or maybe wait a season or 2.
Comparing Frank to guys we missed on at this point makes sense and maybe even doing that with Knox too but let’s see what we have in Obi through the season. It’s 4 games.

If Obi turns out fine, I’m chilling because there’s much better wings in this coming draft with higher ceilings, whereas the 4 position in this draft (at least at the top) isn’t that good.

Actually no, I just like lamelo, independent of the knicks. I’m just a fan, I’m not trying to bash the knicks decision making, we didn’t even pass up on him like the guys I mentioned

When people constantly praise Haliburton it comes with the implication that we should have drafted him instead of toppin. I support Toppin

You'd trade Magic Randle :o

I don't think that comes close, Randle's surge notwithstanding, unless RJ starts consistently playing like an all star. He's going nowhere without a boat in return.

Halliburton also known to be an excellent teammate as well. Can’t have enough of those on your team, especially those that elevate the play of others.

What if HOU came knocking for Randle + RJ for Harden. Who says no?

I wasn't saying I thought that would get it done, just that I would take Harden on the Knicks despite loathing so much about him (and how it would divert from my general wish to build internally through the draft), and not strictly as a salary dump either.

Wouldn't surprise me if true.

He's completely unoriginal. A follower, not a trend setter.

I'll never forget how he single-handedly cost the Thunder any shot at winning the 2012 Finals by staying big when Spoelstra opted to go small. And I love Perk.
