1. Incredible lack of forecasting what could happen by authorities. Total lack of Police and security.
2. People who were in certain positions in charge of security (Police, etc…) were sympathetic to Trump and let this happen.
3. They let this happen to make Trump look even worse before he goes. Perhaps they could use this to charge him for sedition, he was calling for this, for a while now, including this morning.

No way this should have happened. This makes no sense at all. It makes you wonder why it happened. There has to be a serious investigation into this, that is for sure.

Was thinking the same re security. The only thing I can think is that Trump forbid it. :dontknow:

BREAKING: someone was shot in the chest in The Capital Building.

Yup, that is quite possible. That is why this will have to be investigated. No way in hell this should have happened. They should not have gotten near the Capital entrance.

Can you imagine the carnage if these protestors where Black Lives Matter protestors?

Anyone with a brain saw it was going to end here.

And anyone who voted for Trump and the Republicans is responsible for this as well

At best, they're enablers. At worst, they're secretly cheering for these people

This is who the Republican base is at this point. If you still vote for them despite this, you need to do some serious self-reflection and honestly ask yourself if you're a good person.

they already knew before november. 74 million voted for this.

it's basic strawman trolling no one should dignify with response. :dontknow:

ACAB and Abolish the police were two prominent slogans used by BLM leadership throughout the months of BLM protests and riots.

Just a bunch of really troubled individuals

Whole lot of "lone wolf" types

We can't use too much force on such mentally unstable people, who knows what they'll do!

Really, the issue is mental healthcare, and hopefully we can get these good ol' boys the help they deserve.

Yes. Literally months of riots during a pandemic across all major cities in the US with police standing down.

I have a “friend” who is a Trump supporter and on the Capitol Police force. I hope he’s having fun today, and maybe his eyes will finally be opened (doubtful).

You would hope so unless he was one of the cops who was chuckling as the terrorists took selfies in front of them inside the capitol building

Reporters screaming at the end: Are you concerned about your inauguration?

Biden comes back out on stage: I"m not concerned about my safety, security or the inauguration. The American People are going to stand up. Enough is enough is enough.
