Because we're watching them live and they're stressful, lol. Not difficult to understand.

Maybe it is difficult to understand for the naive. There are different types of sportsfans including the ones that "complain" all game . Your definitley going to run in to them on a sports message board.

So, let me get this straight. We scored an insane 141.

Ben scored ONE extra point above his average. And we didn't use him to guard their hottest and best shooter.

Why are we so against trading him for Harden again???

Division rivals don't usually make in-season trades revolving a top player of theirs. I just don't think it makes any sense for Toronto to trade Lowry to us.

Also 35...

If the Sixers lose those back to back games vs the Celtics fans are gonna lose their ****. Team could still have 1 loss by then and that will ruin any good will.

But yeah, need to see how the team plays vs the upper echelon teams, I think most people picked them to start 7-1/8-2ish anyway, didn't they?

Yeah I'm a little concerned about that. That being said, why didn't Ben demand it?

Wizards present zero defensive intensity. All these games look like pre season scrimmages to be honest. The 7-1 record is nice. Embiid looks motivated and in shape. Besides the offense. Embiid had a couple of hustle defensive plays in the fourth quarter either altering shots or blocking shots. Those things were missing last season from Embiid.

Seth Curry is a much better fit than Jrich. I had high hopes for Richardson. He played well for various stretches for us but injuries derailed his season.

It’s hard to tell how good the sixers really are. They haven’t played anyone.

The sixers were not bad last season. They were just bad on the road/bubble. But their offensive flow is so much better

Ben doesn't strike me as a "demand it" kind of guy

Good point, great defenders do that frequently to cool off the hot guy on the opposing team. Still, Dan Burke also has some explaining to do.

He absolutely had Embiid start showing the hell out of screens in the 4th, on a related note Beal scored 3 points in the quarter.

Couldn't agree more. He's basically a role player.

It does if they continue to spiral and Masai decides to tank, considering he's an expiring anways. I'm sure they would take the best package they could get, maybe even do Kyle a service and send him home as a thank you for his servitude throughout these years.

About his age.. Lowry is better at 35 than Lou has ever been, and is a more complete player than Rose has ever been, healthy knees or not.

I think Lowry is way more likely to come available than Lou. Why would the Clippers trade him when they need him to contend?

A guy like Patty Mills is more realistic and a better fit than pretty much anyone.

Into the 4th finally and just watch Ben wave off Tobias so he could post Russ. He then proceeded to get pushed away from the basket a foot or 2 because Russ out-muscled him... :nonono: :banghead:

He is a high level role player, who will be needed against teams who are deep on the wings.

We deal Ben, and we have noone who can do that unless we get something back in return who can do that.

Who would the Rockets throw in, Tucker?! Please, that's horrible. The passing we have going on now is great, with Harden that would go away but at least we would have a closer. Depends on the deal for me, but you do have to realize the positives of Ben along with the negatives.

Doc needs to get into the ear of Embiid about his screens. They've become extremely lazy. On many of them he isn't even making contact before he's turning out of them to roll. He hasn't been this bad at them since his 1st or 2nd year.

This is just getting obnoxious at this point. The Sixers have best record in the league and we can't get off this? What were they gonna do with Harden? Score 142 instead? Worth noting that Ben actually outscored Harden tonight and you're calling him out.

Harden's a stud and a better player than Simmons will ever be... But Jesus, some people on this board gotta learn when to STFU

Really, you're going with the "look at our record!" argument? When we all know our schedule has been one of the easiest in the league? The big reason people on this board don't want to move Simmons is b/c he is a great defender, yet as we are getting smoked by Beal we didn't even attempt to shift Ben onto him. If Ben isn't going to be used to stop the hottest and best player on the opponent then what good is it to have his defense as opposed to having Harden.

Also, I didn't know that you stop trying to make your team the best it can be if you've got a good record. I'll just wait for you come come whining that we didn't make enough moves when we get swept by Boston again in the first round.
