Turns out you need to defend the 3 point line. Who knew?

They have coaches that actually know what they're doing.

Brook shooting twelve 3's is hilarious.

Two things: one, our drop defense is exposed and is so easy to pick apart by good teams. That has to be addressed. We give up way too many open threes.

Second, the bucks need to prove that they can beat a good team on a night they don’t shoot the lights out from three. We simply cannot rely on this five out, let it fly and hope we get lucky offensive scheme in the playoffs. There needs to be more movement on offense. More plays to get guys in good positions.

They've hit 22 threes at a 51% clip with six and a half minutes to go and we got absolutely NOTHING out of our bench. You want to know why the defense looks a lot worse this year? Our bench isn't anywhere close to what it was last season on that end of the floor.

You don’t think our defensive scheme has anything to do with teams lighting us up from 3, really?

Who is lighting us up from three? Going into tonight, 11 teams give up more three point makes per contest than us. 17 teams give up a better percentage from deep. This information is readily available to all of us, but on nights we get lit up, there are baseless, knee jerk reactions, time and time again.

This is so wrong. They did play the drop defense in the first half. Excusing the bad coaching is what everyone has done the last two playoffs. It's the same mistakes and mistaken hope that doing the same thing over and over will somehow lead to something different.
Wide open threes is in Bud's DNA. If the opposition hits them, they win, if not, the Bucks win.

Dudes hurt and someone’s ragging on him for having 31 points in 3 quarters

I'm ragging him for his room temperature bball IQ, consistently trash decision making, and lack of intangibles. Stuff that he hasn't improved on the last 2 years and is the #1 reason we have floundered in the playoffs, even in series that we have ended up winning. So yeah, when he keeps up the same stuff his point total in a regular season game where we are getting clowned on means nothing to me. Empty stats

Would the Bucks even be in the playoffs without Giannis and his “trash” decision making?

It’s one bad game...chill
Jrue will run more when he’s fully comfortable with the system.

Stop. This isn't a political subreddit. You don't get digital high fives for the passive-aggressive "some people" routine. I don't love Bud, and I don't see people on here singing his praises tonight. But schematic faults only cover so much of a 23 three at 51% night.

for a guy that praises the "let it fly" philosophy it is strange he does not worry about the other team doing exactly that
