Lillard said:
“If you get down by 17 or 18 in some of these games, you can see it,” Lillard added last week. “In the past, you hit a couple of shots, the crowd goes wild, the other team calls a timeout, a chant gets going. There’s energy in the building. Now, you get down 18 to 20, the only thing you can hear is the other team ... so that charge of teams getting back into games isn’t the same. That’s why, once a team is down, they pretty much seem like they’re done so far this year. And I think that’s also why you’re seeing more teams getting down, because it’s a battle. It’s not just a battle of physically playing, it’s a battle of getting into the game.”

That lillard quote makes all our blown leads even more sad

Impressive!

DeMar DeRozan has already made as many threes (9) as he did all of last season. He’s shooting 42.9% from beyond the arc.

Tough night for Westbrook.
"I definitely knew he traveled, but I didn't know they were going to call it. That was one of them situations in which a great player made a move...and they called the call. And I was like, 'Oh, man, there is a God.'

Suns-Pistons heading to OT. If pistons pull it off we’d officially become the worst record in the league at least until we see what happens with our game

Kenyon Martin’s son plays for the Houston Rockets lol. Feels like it wasn’t even that long ago that he was playing.

Seven Sixers, 3 Celtics and JV all under covid protocol of some kind. It's all going to explode soon, more so than the NFL

MLB "survived" and the NBA is not experiencing anything close to what MLB went through. NBA will be just fine.

It looks like Wiggins has been making strides this year on his defense, I also read somewhere he is the most efficient isolation scorer right now to start the season! Great to see

Bring him home in 2023 when he's 28.

We are not even a month in. People thought the Sixers game should have been postponed rather than them play with 7 guys. This will become more frequent.

Seems like every day the wiretap has some new Covid related news. Latest is:

Maxi Kleber Out 10-14 Days Due To COVID-19 Protocols, Mavs Shut Down Practice Facility

Not even close to how bad it looked for the MLB, plus back then testing was not at the level than it is now. Consider those 'miss-games' like missing games for a sprain ankle or the flu.
Players are now just forced to increase their awareness.

Just looked at his game log. He has only made 3s against two teams this year. The Lakers and us. They’ve played the Lakers 3 times! Few attempted and zero made in the other games. These are blips more than trends.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….
