I actually think Miami, Orlando and Golden State are dark horse destinations for Kyle.

How do you figure? Miami and Golden State are set and have no reason to give up anything of value for Lowry so I can't see him going there.

Orlando needs a PG so they have space but again, what will they give that would make a deal worthwhile for us?

Is Dwayne Dedmon still a free agent?

He seems like he'd be a good fit.

bruh, Masai and Webster low key tanking geniuses and letting the core figure things out on their own, through adversities. Might as well get to know how losing feels like so you'll never want to experience it again.

and basically figuring leaving Nurse out to dry to figure out the rotations. I mean Baynes should have been better - there's no way we thought he was this useless. but to each their own, Raps players that have yet to show up consistently: OG, Powell, TD3.

Boucher putting in work and if he continues should be the MIP this year. happy he is proving me wrong - just need a better and consistent jumper - i think he's just going to be rail thin throughout his career. his per minute contributions are through the roof. although his PER will probably drastically go down if he's a starter and playing starter minutes.

Dark horse team who could be interested in Lowry are the Nets after the whole Kyrie situation imo.

Lowry is probably the best all-star caliber player available right now. Houston is confident they can keep Harden for the year and I don’t believe the Wizard’s will move on from Beal this season.

There could be quite the market for Lowry.

I could see the Nets trying to actually do a Kyrie for Harden trade. Then maybe try for Kyle with whatever assets they have left. Harden, KD, Kyle trio makes them favorite over Lakers imo

I think there’s a good chance Lowry ends up on the nets. The nets are in trouble right now. They obviously didn’t sign Kevin Durant so that they could be out in the first round. Kyle would be an excellent leader to play alongside Durant. I also think Kyle and Kyrie could play in the back court together if Kyrie ever decides to show up back to work. Meanwhile the nets are loaded with talented young players they could send back to us. I think they’re also going to start getting desperate enough that we could get quite a bit back from them.

That’s pretty interesting. If KD’s down that’s a no brainer.

Irving + Prince + 2023 1st + 2025 1st + 2027 1st for Harden + Tucker

LeVert + Allen for Lowry

Lowry/Harden/KD/Tucker/Jordan

They would win the whole thing easily.

I don't see it. Kyrie is risky. Especially for a team like the Rockets. The man who owns the team would IMO likely clash with Irving. His contract I believe is a player option in 2022/23. Same as Harden's. Trade for a lesser malcontent superstar? One with a history of injuries to boot. They'd be better off keeping Harden.

edit: I do like the Lowry to Nets if the trade is good. Him and Kyrie on the same time with a rookie coach Nash would be entertaining.

Harden has basically requested a trade publicly. I think his time in Houston is done.

Philly could be out as a Lowry destination.

I think Harden goes to Philly or Denver. Honestly with the way Simmons and Siakam are playing we could be in the mix too.

Easiest way to get better quick is gather draft capital for trading purpose.

Keep loosing and hope for a short season so that the players don't get too discouraged.

Keep developing the core in og, fvv and Siakam along with Flynn and our 905ers.

Get a tip 3 pick with our own draft and also trade lowry for another couple picks and norm for a late first rounder.

Use the 4 picks along with dead salary to get Beal or harden with extension on their existing contracts and then try again next year.

We need stars that match the time line of our current core players and not someone who is really young and will take time to develop.

Best case is we end up being 10th in the conference and make the play in tournament. Some injuries and load management to ensure we are that bad. Hopefully west is better than us and we end up with a bottom 5 record with an off chance to make the playoffs as an 8th spot and also the number 1 pick.
