What if we just got crazy?

Raptors get: Harden + Tucker + Collins + Turner
Rockets get: Siakam + Flynn + 2023 Raps 1st + 2025 Raps 1st
Hawks get: Ball + Melli + 2021 Lakers 1st + 2023 Lakers 1st
Pelicans get: FVV
Magic get: Powell + TD + McCaw + 2021 Rap 1st
Pacers get: Gordon

Lowry/Harden/OG/Collins/Turner with Thomas/Tucker/Boucher/Baynes off the bench.

Any Lowry trade has to get us a 1st round pick back as part of the package

I would "let" them keep Thybulle, and have them add a 1st pick and we can send them Harris.

Raptors in: Tobias, Maxey, Mike Scott, 2021 1st pick (Phi)
76ers in: Harden, Lowry, Alex Len and Jalen Harris
Rockets in: Simmons, Norm and future 2nd pick (Tor)

Lowry to sixers or Knicks might happen although I doubt we trade him to Knicks unless Knicks eaive him

Since they lost out on Harden, Lowry is the next choice with less 1st picks (2 instead of 4 for Harden?).

Thon Maker released by the Cavs...is he worth a gamble? Is he worse than Len and Baynes?

Three-way tie. But right now, Raps aren't trying to improve.

Funny to think that Maker's upside would have been a Chris Boucher-type player.

Thon Maker only plays well against the Raptors. He won't play well as a Raptor.

Or you "G-League" him for 2 years. He is only 23. Boucher got his PT at 26/27.

I wouldn't mind adding him only because we've been good at developing guys and he has an interesting skill set. Why not take a flyer on a young kid with potential? The worst case is you cut him.

Cavs are going to keep Allen, but Drummond and McGee are probably available. Figuring out a straight up deal for Drummond could be challenging, but McGee is a lot easier to acquire.

Yeah, a McCaw or Stanley for McGee trade seems to make sense for both teams except that McCaw is injured. I’d rather trade McCaw obviously.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….
