PJ Tucker and Boogie deserve to play next to a guy like Giannis. Make it happen.

Tucker instead of Lopez would be sick.

Bucks giving up the best player in that deal...

I'd bet on Larry Nance looking better on our team than Brook right now and I like Brook.

I’m talking Donte.

I don't watch much Cavs basketball but a couple Lowe pods ago he called Nance a small forward. That accurate?

He's definitely more of a 4, much more confident around the basket, but he can hang on the perimeter.

I think he'd be awesome with our roster. Definitely more of a big than a wing. Wasn't really sold on him as a player in LA but I think in Cleveland he's really shown he can be a solid piece on a contender. Great hands, plays the passing lanes well, can catch around the basket and rebounds. Sneaky strong mf'er who can hold his own in the post against much bigger players and quick enough to switch off on most guys. Not really sure how sold I am on his shooting but I think it's improved enough that I'd feel ok seeing it off the space our guys can create and I think he's smart enough to make the right play when the jumper isn't the right play. I'm not sure how we'd get him with what we got to trade but if we did I think it would probably be an awesome move.

Rockets in - Augustine, DJW, 2021 1st round, 2023 first round, 2022 2nd round
Bucks in - P.J. Tucker, Cousins, 2022 1st round

Bucks sign Shabazz Napier

Holiday - Napier - Merill - Adams (2W)
DDV - Pat - Forbes
Middleton - Tucker - Craig - Nwora
Giannis - Portis - Thanasis - Diakite (2W)
Lopez - Cousins
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

A giant "Hell No" to giving up a 1st round pick for either of those guys. They might even be buyout candidates at this point.

The deadline offer to Houston should be:

Brook + fillers (Wilson/Augustin/Pat etc) + 2021/2023 FRPs
for
Dipo + 2022 FRP

Third teams are welcome to add some extra value to Rockets if this feels light to them. Bucks end up upgrading their Big 4 with Jrue/Dipo/Midds/Giannis, slide Portis into the starting 5 and keep DDV as 6th. Add some small moves and 1-2 signings from the buyout market to fix the depth and you are good to go.

I wouldn't mess much with the roster, we really need time to gel. Any chance we can move DJ Wilson for nothing? If so, can we just sign Ersan or talk Marvin out of retirement?

I feel like that goes a long way to fixing some of the roster.

Also, everyone proposing Pat C, DJA, Forbes deals, I think they brought those guys in and retained them for very specific purposes. Not saying it can't happen, but sure don't think they will be dealt.

Lopez and Patty for Nance and Allen would work in February...
