He changes the entire feel of the offense. I honestly think we may want to have Harris come off the bench if Irving ever decides to stop acting like a c*nt

Different bodies but the similarity I see is David Nwaba he really energized the team at points last year, I was actually secretly hoping Houston would throw him in the deal

THIS was why I was excited for the trade. I know he’s closer to Tony Allen than Alan Anderson but this guy KILLED us in every meeting against Detroit but I always traded for him on 2K lol

I traded for Bruce for Musa/Kurucs/2nd in 2022 on 2K atleast 3 times. It worked every time.

Marks always targets guys who went off on us. That's why Shamet's slow start is so frustrating, I have seen this guy torch us from outside and yet when he comes here he's ass.

He was ass before he came too.... :banghead:

I'd keep Harris in the starting lineup. His shooting next to Irving/Harden/Durant is just TOO nice.

TJ and Brown off the bench is a nice guard combo.

Love what I'm seeing from the team. Maybe we'll get tired legs and lose in the 2nd half but this energy and execution is just a great sign. It shows that we have a good group of guys with a strong coaching staff. The bench unit got great looks because they were running through sets hard - not being sloppy - not settling. Outside of Perry, they're still struggling but the offense is flowing.

The bench is really energetic today too. You can tell they took on this challenge with pride. Would've been easy to sleepwalk through this one.

Crazy what happens when you don't turn the ball over.

I thought about that too. You saw the raw emotion from Levert after KD made that game-winning 3. Can’t imagine what it feels like believing you’d be on a contender and playing next to 2 superstars to probably being fodder for your former team’s run to conference finals over the next several years.

It’s crazy how powerful words can be. It took less than a minute of a post-game interview to spark the fire that would ultimately get Harden off the Rockets and on the Nets. If Harden had just said, “We’re still trying to figure things out and be at the level the Lakers are at,” none of this happens (at least not today).

BTW, this is the most effort I've seen Jordan give all year.

He’s excited to start again. Older vets sometimes have throwback games and can find the fountain of youth every once in a while.

Can't believe we got him for Musa who is literally on a flight to Europe to play overseas.

Jarrett Allen did a Zoom Interview with Yahoo Sports THIS afternoon. He defended Kyrie and called him a brother in the locker room and stated they know why he’s out and they are OK with it.

The trade happened 3 hours later and it sucks. He gave his legitimate TEENAGE years for this organization. He should be in the same category as Stephon Marbury as a player here.

I apologize to DarkXaero because he’s clearly a difference maker.

He’s a controlled draft pick version of Alan Anderson lol

AA...He played well for us. I wonder what he’s up to nowadays?

I can’t describe how excited I was to land this guy for Musa. DarkXaero knows lol
Sadly, it didn’t take me long to figure that Musa wouldn’t make it in the league. Very likable person, but he was just too slow and methodical to be a guard. Now he’s in Turkey.

I’m not really worried about Shamet. It was a low risk, medium-high reward move. It cost us so little to get him that even if he flamed out, I wouldn’t be mad. The prospect of Shamet finally figuring it out is great though. If he can be an elite shooter along with Joe Harris, dear god...

There is more than enough shooting with Kyrie/Harden/Durant.

We need his defense more than anything.

what happens their draft pick guy? Obi one

Barret will be bench player like Payten in a few if he won't get consistent jumper. I remember duh nix die hards told me he'll be Demar at worst.

I think Thibs will quit soon. He won't tolerate this trash.
