He would have had more assist had he had better teammates. Honestly, this OKS team is rough other than Cade.

i think that's the part that the stat watchers are going to be most shocked by. Cade is a phenomenal table setter and that will be showcased next level with professional shot makers.

Likekele had 6 assists in the game only 1 of which was to Cade.
I was right about 3 point shooting. I expect to be right about Tacko Fall. Some coach will figure out how to use Tacko Fall. This movement towards undersized centers will sweep ng back. Back to the basket scorers will return to the NBA.

No reason for Cade to be on page 2.

Devil's advocate time. This is two game winners he's taken with wayyyyyy too much time on the clock. Gotta tighten up that clock management.

Ok enough of that. Kid is a bonifide difference maker.

This is the Cade draft, never had a question about that, same as 2018 was Doncic's, 2019 Zion's and 2020 LaMelo's

Obvious nº1 are obvious

That was filthy, confident, and poised. He's really starting to separate himself imo.

Another takeaway from that game, I really like Moody as that 6th pick after Cade, Mobley, suggs, Green and Kuminga (assuming the Gleague guys are that good).

Super high on Moody. Extremely translable in the league. Ideal 3 and D, rebounds, make smart plays. Loved him as the guy on his AAU squad and then loved him even more as a role player on that Verde team with Cade.

Huge separator is Luka's jumper and Luka's ability to manipulate the defense. Don't know if Cade ever catches up in that regard same as I don't think Luka will be the defender Cade will be so it's not really a one for one comp. the being effective without looking like you should be effective is how the correlation is made with the two I think.

Cade’s jumper is better than Luka’s

Hit a couple timely buckets in this game but was 5-22 from the field, definitely had a rough game. Missed a bunny at the end of regulation which would have won it after a great steal.

I don’t watch most of the games, what’s the deal with the constant high turnovers? I know the roster isn’t great but they just beat the number 6 team in the country with him shooting poorly. Is the roster really that bad? It seems like the turnovers are regular enough that it seems like a valid concern.

They beat Texas with defense, not offense. I think that's important to note when you talk about his offense in the context of roster strength.

Cade’s jumper is better than Luka’s

The biggest difference is Luka is able to get to anywhere he wants on the court via strength, guile and deceleration. I am not sure Cade has shown an ability to get to where he wants on the court. Cade does not have the elite defensive manipulation that Luka has as a ball handler.
