Match up I'm mostly excited for is THT against Steph. I want to see if those huge claws of his will strip Steph here and there. If so, THT's defensive potential is scary.

No matter how he fares in this game, it’s scary. He’s a potential star on offense, too.

I wouldn’t play him a minute except in a blow out. He gets very lost chasing shooters like Trent and in the Spurs game. Steph will have him playing where in the world is Carmen San Diego on some motion plays and flares, and we can’t let him get hot

Easy win please. For all those years they beat our buts when they were on top.

Schröder will get a good opportunity to prove his worth on defense.

Fighting through screens are very important but not a few here thinks that it's a lot about one on one single coverage but it's not esp on shooters. They get a ton of picks and a lot will depend on how they communicate and switch. It would be interesting if Marc plays his usual minutes bec he'll be very vulnerable out there in the perimeter. BTW, Schroder has been playing good defense IMO.

Yeah, I agree. He’s done well. Like you elude to, team defense is definitely also a learned skill. It’s necessary for the lead guard to manage decisions on switches and PnR defense.

I get weary with people who talk smack too much. Schröder claimed the starting role before he’s even played a second against AC. I’ll scrutinize him a bit longer until I find what weakness makes him so scared and insecure, lol.

But it’s true, going up against Curry as a PG means fighting the war nonstop all night; to make sure to take it to Curry on the other end of the floor.

Edit: I love that he has some real dawg in him, though. Let’s hope he’s gonna fight like hell tonight.

Welcome back from the slump Dennis Schroeder!! We just didn't notice it in all the blow outs recently.

Anyone whose followed him from OKC - Has he always been an inconsistent passer, or is it also just a slump? I've seen him missing the simplest of passes every game so far.

I'm not sure about in OKC and ATL, but he has very questionable passing in LA

Lebron should have just dunked that 3 on 1 fast break instead of passing to Schroder for a three

Kuzma is getting good at these off the ball ray Allen 3's.

Kuzma is getting good at spot up shooting. That should be his role from here on out.
