Think we could turn DSJ, Knox and some 2nds into another mid first rounder for Kispert? Sounds like just what we need "This year, Kispert is shooting an absurd 47.9% (35-73) from deep,..."

Will he be able to defend at the NBA level tho, with his size?

Giddey gonna be a player for the simple fact he is very skilled, has great size, and is smooth for such a young player.

Probably not. Not sure if he's starting caliber in the NBA but he's killing it in college though.

Facts, I thought the same thing watching him. Even down to the set-shot.

Bro, I checked his highlights from last game. I payed close attention to his defense. I came away pleasantly surprised. He drew 3 charges. Stayed in front of his man and beat him to the spot, sliding his feet laterally very very well. :o

If this kid can indeed defend his position and if the jumper pans out with more reps in a larger sample size, then he may be under consideration.

I could see that, him being a good positional defender and beating guys to their spots and keeping them in front.

Do you trust his jumper? It's hard to see him surviving without a consistent jumper and because he's so tough to stay in front of he lives in the paint but I don't know if he can do that on the regular in the NBA.

I don't trust the jumper. There's a small hitch in it. He may have a tough time finishing over NBA length too. Iono if he's worth the risk as a 1st rounder. 2nd round, maybe worth a gamble.

Tre Mann might be worth a look. Seen him in plenty of mocks in the mid-late first round. 6’5 shot creating PG.

Just want to luxuriate in the Knicks' picks and extra picks for a few moments

https://www.prosportstransactions.com/basketball/DraftTrades/Future/Knicks.htm

2021
Knicks 1st round pick
Mavericks 1st round pick
Detroit's 2nd round pick

2022
Knicks 1st round pick
Knicks 2nd round pick
(I'd like them to pick up another 2nd rounder; hopefully for DSJr or Frank, who they aren't playing anyway)

2023
Knicks 1st round pick
Jazz 2nd round pick
Knicks 2nd round pick
Detroit 2nd round pick (this is a little confusing to me, but I think it's Detroit's)

2024
Knicks 1st round pick
Knicks 2nd round pick
Cavs or Jazz 2nd round pick (best of) - may or may not convey
