Jrue Holiday Becomes Extension Eligible On Friday

Jrue Holiday will become eligible for a four-year, $134.9 million extension with the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday.

The Bucks acquired Holiday before the start of the season, sending out a significant haul of future draft picks to the New Orleans Pelicans.

Holiday is averaging 16.4 points, 4.8 rebounds and 5.4 assists in 32.5 minutes per game with the Bucks.

(latter meaning the extension ends when he is 36 years old and he is a UFA again in July 2026)

They really have no choice but to resign him. They gave up a lot to get him and no one better is coming to Milwaukee via free agency.
