Just something about his personality tells me he's going to be a winner. I haven't seen the top 5 talent yet but I get the hype

His game is flawed right now but his intangibles and measurables are everything you could want.

Yeah his game isn't there yet, but you can see it coming along and like you said the intangibles are off the charts

He's one of those guys who I think will have a slow start to his career, but probably has the lowest bust rating long term

He's might be the first FSU I've actually liked pre-draft

This is such a real possibility. Which is why I hated the protection on the pick. And why it's important to confirm what happens to the pick if it doesn't convey this year.

What do people think about Kispert from Gonzaga? I think he could be a good pick to add the shooting that will be needed around Flutz and Isaac.

I wouldn't mind Cade/Green and Kispert. Obviously still a ways to go and lots to happen.

Thoughts

Scottie Barnes if the Bulls are bad enough.

What are we going to do with Fultz, if Magic draft Suggs or Cade? Is Fultz our future at PG? Or the newcomer?

Does he shoot it well enough? I like him, but worry about his shooting.

Fultz can absolutely play with Cade; whom, I project to play SG/SF in the league.

Suggs....yeah...someone gotta go if he's the one :dontknow: .

If you draft Cade, he plays SF and assumes a primary scorer/secondary creator role with Fultz remaining as the starting PG.

If you draft Suggs, you could try to play them together, but I'd probably look to move on from Fultz in relatively short order with Suggs being the new engine PG of the team.

Yup, Krispert.. a perfect 3pt shooting wing for us. However, I really think we will be picking in the 10-15 for CHI and we have to go with Moody,Bouknight,Keon,Zaire

Absolutely.Cade can play with anyone on our roster right now. Fultz Cole Cade, Fultz Harris Cade, Fultz RJ Cade

IF Suggs.. only because we might be a lilt undersize but we shall see. 3 players all 6'4-6'5ish occupying the 1-3 spots..

Yup. As evidenced in the tourney, Cade can play the spot-up shooter role or the mid range shooter as well as the driving in terms of scoring. So he will be perfect for the 2-3 (2 if we believe Okeke can handle the 3 full time )

Finally found the Bulls pick details from basketball insiders...
2021 — Owed a first-rounder (top-4 protected in 2021, top-3 in 2022, otherwise converts to 2024 and 2025 second-rounders) from the Chicago Bulls (Nikola Vucevic).

2023 — Owed a first-rounder (two years after the 2021 obligation to the Orland Magic, top-4 protected in 2023, top-3 in 2024, otherwise converts to 2026 and 2027 second-rounders) from the Chicago Bulls (Nikola Vucevic).

So go ahead and tank Chicago!

That's kinda awful. There's a scenario where the Magic only 2nd round picks? That's so bad. I know the odds are low, but still. The fact that there's a scenario where the Magic only get 2nd round picks is kind of off putting.

So there's a chance that Chi wins the lottery 4 years in a row and we'd end up with 4 second-rounders? With our luck lately that seems way too likely lol.

Maybe we should root for Chi to make the playoffs as an 8th seed.

I just hate the idea that the Magic are banking on lottery odds and luck for those FRP's to convey. For a team that has been scorned by luck over 10 years, I would have made all assurances that we get a FRP at some point.
