I have mixed feelings for Teague. Every time he faced us this season he looked good though. Now, I'll be bold and say that we should go for Cousins as our last signing with the vet min. Low risk high reward imo. If he doesn't perform it's ok, he won't play. if he does though we can move portis to 4 and have cousins be aggressive in the paint. If he reaches 70% of his abilities before he had the injuries then it would be a W!

This is buyout/waiver season, everyone available is a scrub or they wouldn't be available. Anything you get from Teague is gravy. I don't expect much.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I was hoping they'd add Teague, so I'm pleased with this.

Better % than every Buck except Portis, Nwora, and Merrill.

PJ Tucker isn't replacing Craig. He's just a solid addition. The development of Thanasis is the Craig replacement.

Just comparing what the Bucks sent out and brought in over the past 2 weeks.
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

Glad we were able to add Teague, desperately needed a vet ball handler and the familiarity should make things smoother

Solid move signing Teague and even more solid if it means we're not signing Doc River's son. I'd rather have George Teague.

I thought he was going to sign with us in the off-season, so I'm used to the idea of Teague being our backup PG. Backup PG is a pretty good position to have a guy who knows what the coach wants.

That's fine, we're not some bum ass team that needed to make major moves like the Celtics.

Only looking at negative and neutral moves with a negative lens will make everything look bad. Tried to fill some PG deficiencies and ended up overpaying a guy that ended up not being a fit. Moved down in the draft to undo that mistake and added a versatile defender that fits will with Giannis.

'Overpaid' Pat after messing up the two year deal, now Pat seems like an asset on an affordable contract.

Brought in Thanasis because he was Giannis brother and felt like that could help extend Giannis. It worked and now Thanasis brings something to the team with energy and enthusiasm and looks like he belongs in the league as an end of bench guy.

Found this Diakite guy that looks like he is on a similar trajectory as Christian Wood.

Tried to get a defensive specialist in Craig, didn't work out, got out of it with no penalty and opened up a roster spot for a buyout.

2nd round draft picks which tend to not look like NBA players, we may have found two shooters, kind of in the Duncan Robinson mold.

Like, I am sorry you are having a rough time, but lots of little things have been right. Never mind taking the chance on Brook and Pat in the first place. Hell even the 5th year on Middleton's deal is looking like a good move in retrospect and I didn't like that at all.

STJ has generally been fairly positive and even generous when critiquing Horst. He's not the guy to pick on. I would say his analysis is pretty unbiased, and even tilted slightly towards favouring Horst.

He said we need to do the little things well and that we aren't winning on the edges. He gave a list of little things he didn't like, I provided a list of little things that went right. If that is picking on a guy, then you all need to toughen up a bit because that was just a conversation about which little things count in his analysis and which don't.

When I said "pick on", I didn't mean it that way.

I'm guessing that Rivers will be a Buck if we want him. Hopefully we don't. I don't think he's terrible, it's just that we don't need him anymore (if we did at all).

It's looking like there won't be buyouts for Olynyk or Porter. Kinda disheartening since those are 2 borderline starters that we could have added, and I really wanted to add a front court player.

I don't know much about Dieng but from what I have heard about him, he would have fit the mould of big we need. No buyouts for Olynyk and Porter (who I liked more) makes it hurt moreso now.

Teague previously playing under Bud played in the decision to sign him. And we're likely not signing Rivers.

Source or guess?
Coach Drew: "Milwaukee has always been a team that I have been intrigued by. When we played them, they were a tough team for us to play. Although we did beat them all four times"
