My original point was that good hitters hit better with RISP. You argued against that at first. Are you now agreeing with me?

i'm not agreeing with you, risp means nothing.

you're agreeing with me that good hitters are just good hitters whether there's a runner on 3rd or nobody on.

you showed me a list of good hitters, that doesn't prove your point at all -- show me the .230 hitter that becomes a .300 hitter with risp, you can't because they dont exist

baseball is the only sport where you can fail 7 out 10 times and make millions, but if you fail 8 out 10 times you're out of the league.

I don't know what you mean that RISP means nothing. There are obvious undeniable statistical differences in every batter's battling average with bases empty vs RISP. Most hitters approach differently depending on the situation. Most defense adjust differently depending on the hitter.

Looks the Yankees are trying to find a trade partner for either Mike Tauchman or Jay Bruce. Apparently the White Sox might be a trade partner for Bruce as they just lost stud young OF'er Eloy Jiminez to a real ugly injury. Yanks appear to be favoring keeping Tauchman.

State the season already 162 games are enough. Cole on the mound tonight I imagine he only goes 3 innings and hides some pitches.

well looks like both are on the roster as Luke Voit is undergoing knee surgery to keep him out a couple months.

That just really is a sad shame. People still can't get over the "easy" racist shots at Asians. I mean that's what it is right? Cause Asians are assumed to be mild mannered and not fight back unlike other minorities. I wish they would.

Wonder if we'll be able to even fight the Evil Empire (the Dodgers) this year. Like the Steinbrenners, I, too, am satisfied by the prospect of making the playoffs. I get huge boners when I think about all the cash the Yankees are earning, though. Profits are the name of the game!

Another season of the Yankees not being able to score runs unless they’re slugging it out of the ball park.

Don’t worry the Yankees will score 15 runs tomorrow on 8 home runs.
