we're missing over 40% of our scoring right? not the game to worry too much about

I know I know. But we will be missing that scoring for another month or more. We are not a good team with what’s left.

The team might take 2-4 more games to adjust.

Boston is throwing out Aaron Nesmith and Romeo Langford. The Hornets' young talent is glued to the bench, apart from McDaniels. We are about to be Martinized.

Correct, that pretty much should be expected. Our best case scenario with guys healthy was in the pack of teams in the 4-8. Take out three contributors from a team with very shakey depth when you get into the deep bench and...this is what you get.

Honestly our offense hasn't even been that bad, it's our defense that is awful this game. We're giving up 50% FG and 42% 3PT on 43 attempts.

i don't even think you can adjust to this much scoring and talent being gone

i'd like to see guys step up but miles and pj having consecutive good games is rare even when things are good

turnovers and run outs over bad shots only compound an already sus as hell defense

ijs these types of games you look for small positives in players because this team winning in boston when healthy would be a steal.

Fair, I'm not actually watching (was going to later but that's a negative now), just checked the box score and our percentages aren't that bad and we only had 12 TOs. Might be difference between box score watching vs. actually watching.

nate darling taking a charge from tacko fall. incredible. eric collins rewarded for his faith in the lad
vern getting isolated and coming out of it with a awesome block
richards showcasing biyombo-tier hands. hope its nerves because he was super jittery everywhere

proper garbage time. glad i stuck around for it

but if we lose to OKC i will be absolutely furious.

One quarter with 17 points, one with 16. Gonna get smoked no matter who we play if we can't score more.

Can someone explain why Zeller played less than 5 minutes in the first half

i don't know what the issue with zeller/jb is, but im inclined to believe zeller is right

if his responsibilities include chasing shooters then its completely unreasonable

I only caught the game here and there but saw Bonnells tweet about him playing less than 5 minutes in the first half. Somethings up. We can debate about a lot of things on this team, but that is mind boggling to me.

How could Mitch, or any GM, forecast the 3 injuries that happened in quick succession?

We were always going to struggle with LaMelo, Gordo and Malik all injured at the same time.

But with those three out if we are also going to leave that many points at the line and play that bad a defense and have that many turnovers and have PJ playing like total garbage we really don't stand a chance.

But really, I'm more pissed about PJ's arse of a game than anything.

I said ahead of the game that we needed PJ to step up to have a chance. That’s two absolute turd games from him this road trip.
