Very nice signing and I really hope he actually plays minutes

Ben is only good at shooting wide open 3s and the current Hou team sucks, so no more open 3s

He should do great, but I wonder who will lose time

When Lebron and AD are back:

Less time for Kuzma and Kieff

Likely need to cut THT out mostly, can play heavy minutes if Lebron sits a game.

We should cut some of those KCP and Wes minutes too

Dennis, Pope, Lebron, AD, Drummond
AC, Mclemore, 2 of Wes, Kuzma, Kieff, Trez
THT and Gasol

13 guys who will want to play

Better than anyone on the team besides KCP. He was abused on defense last year but hopefully Vogel can make use of him

I hope this is a sign of good shooting to come for the Lakers. 59% from 3 at the half is pretty unreal. If the shooters can just put up average numbers on a steady basis for the rest of the year, will probably result in a chip

Lmao if you think Mclemore is taking minutes away from THT/Kuzma or Kieff. If anything he cuts into Mathews and KCPs some.

Not bad so far but unlikely to win one of the next 2 games. At least they win against teams with a losing record, that's the only thing I'm asking right now

Lakers have done great without lebron and AD. Doesnt matter how rough the offense has looked theyve won a few games.

Yeah, their defense is super consistent so it feels like they always have a chance (unless they're shooting 10% from 3)

Their 4 wins in the last 9 games without LBJ and Davis are the same numbers of wins that the cavs had between 2015 to 2018 without LBJ.

They’ve done better than expected, mostly in part to how hard they’ve played defensively and credit has to go to Vogel and staff for that. They’ve also been very fortunate in ways:

—Cavs didn’t have Sexton and while Sexton isn’t great, the rest of that team couldn’t generate any offense at all.
—Magic put out a g-league lineup but that lineup does play hard and wound up playing some good games
—Kings win was super solid
—Raptors didn’t have FVV or Lowry

What do you guys think about this?

Say AD comes back in 10-14 days

It will be about 2 months from his injury

Is that enough time?

KD took about 1 month off and then got hurt immediately

I wonder if we could hang on a bit more, but time is running out sadly
