Tacko doesn't look like the problem to me. I like his effort and I think he has a lot more fluidity than folks are giving him credit for. The Celtics perimeter defense lacks effort and intensity. They need to have pride, and get their damn hands up.

Romeo gives excellent defensive effort.

We need to be playing through Kemba Walker more in transition. His speed and dribble penetration mean he is more of a threat than the likes of Tatum, Brown and Smart.
