Chicago in: Kelly Oubre* and Minnesota 2021 2nd round pick
Golden State in: Lauri Markkanen* and Coby White
* both Lauri and Kelly would be moved via sign & trade.
Chicago:
Satoransky/Arcidiacano
LaVine/Brown
Williams/Aminu
Oubre/Young
Vucevic/
Trade leaves the Bulls with 9 players under contract, bird rights on a number of guys, rights to Marko Simonivic, the MLE, and 2 2021 2nd round picks to fill out the roster. Williams and Oubre gives the Bulls good 3/4 switchable forwards (Aminu too off the bench) that bring lots of wing athleticism and length to the Bulls.
Golden State:
Curry/White
Thompson/Poole/Lee
Wiggins/Paschall
Green/Markkanen/
Wiseman/Markkanen
Warriors add some good young depth. Lauri can play with Green or Wiseman in the front court. White could provide minutes at the 1 and 2 as well. High potential young talent the Warriors have rarely had to chance to get the past couple years due to their dominance (Wiseman aside). Could bridge them to whatever's next for the Warriors franchise.

Re: Chicago & Golden State: Offseason Dual S&T
Couple of technical issues:
1) combining S&Ts with current year draft picks is tricky, almost too tricky to make work. Golden State would have to pick for themselves and Chicago would have to accept that guy whether he was their preferred choice or not.
2) Warriors will be over the tax apron even if Oubre walks. They will not be able to accept a sign-and-traded player at all.

You would need a 3rd team to take markkanen instead and send something to gsw

If this could be worked out legally, an absolute yes from this GS fan.
Am I reading this right though? Oubre and a 2nd for Lauri and White?

I don't see Oubre as enough of an upgrade over Markkanen to give up White for a 2nd round pick when it leaves the Bulls with Satoransky being backed up by Arcidiacono.

Don't think GS can take S&T guys, but if we could the value is too good for us.

Lol no from Chicago. Would trade Lauri and White for a guy who is probably a MLE deal on the open market?

Yeah as others have pointed out a S&T to Golden State is impossible with the tax apron. Probably also worth noting that we likely won’t have the Minnesota 2nd either (it conveys to OKC if our pick this year is 1-20, which looks like a virtual certainty).
Are Lauri and/or White really available that cheaply?

I would remove Coby and the 2nd. Lauri is probably a little better as a player, but Oubre fits more.
However, the contracts of the S&T matter. I’d have no interest in it if both players are getting 4/80. If it was 4/55? Sure. But I’d rather let Lauri walk than pay Oubre 20 million a year.

The window for any Lauri to GS trade is now closed. An Oubre/Lauri deadline deal would have been possibly beneficial for both, if CHI had interest in Oubre like that. But now.. this is all dead.
