Can’t miss basketball if kings are out of play in by then.

Only thing that will be missed are made basket.

But tell me again how players sitting out is is the real problem.

No one watches them?

Granted, I'm speaking about potential fans and the growth of the sport when I say this. I grew up watching 3-5 games every night. Including bad teams because even the bad teams had 1-2 good players. Now I mostly just watch Lakers games because the product has decreased. I'm already a hardcore fan that was hooked years ago though.

But what is the incentive for a new fan to watch? Do you think they'll understand it, or tune into something else instead?

This is a basketball problem man. Heck, I think the Raptors have started tanking. Just provide even odds for all teams that miss the playoffs. Screw rewarding mediocrity in any way.

I agree. even odds for the non-playoff teams.

He carries a load for them. Maybe he's resting to avoid the miles accumulated damage that is caused by overplaying, breh. See you.

I'm afraid that dramatically increases the incentive for bubble-level teams to intentionally miss the playoffs, which would be worse in my opinion than watching already bad teams tank.

You're 21, you wanna be on the same court as Curry. Go at him. Witness greatness first hand even if it means taking an arse whipping.

sit him in games against the magic not the warriors.

Yeah...because obviously 21yr olds can't play big minutes or they wear out quickly. Just think of the inhumanity!

Lebron James age 19: 3122min
Lebron James age 20: 3388min
Lebron James age 21: 3361min

Luquentz Dort age 21: 1268min + oh man! I'm bushed! I'll never survive! Oh! The humanity! Aieeee!!!

There is a word commonly used for cats that can accurately describe many of the players of this generation. I won't use it because it would be insulting to women, many of whom are tougher than the "men".

This is 100% on Adam Silver, he has no control over the league right now.

I am calling it right now...

Lotto results:
1. Pistons
2. Thunder
3. Magic
4. Warriors (via Wolves)
5. Thunder (via Rockets)

Presti then trades SGA to Orlando for #3 + #10 (2021 Bulls 1st) + 2023 Bulls 1st, followed by...

Capspace + Dort + #10 (2021 Bulls 1st via Magic) for Wiggins + #4 (2021 Wolves 1st via GSW)

1. Pistons: Cunningham
2. Thunder: Suggs
3. Thunder: Mobley (via Magic)
4. Thunder: Green (via Wolves by way of GSW)
5. Thunder: Kuminga (via Rockets)

Mobley
Pokusevski
Kuminga
Green
Suggs

Add a 2022 tank, say Chet or Paolo to pair with Mobley (allowing Pokusevski to develop off bench).

There is only a 40% chance they keep the pick even if they finish deadlast in the standings.

This is what happens when you have an inflated regular season in which most games are meaningless + no punishment for teams being bad like relegation in football. But the NBA is a profit-oriented business, so the quality and integrity of the product is an afterthought as long as profits are going up.

Hopefully the Pels learned about resting Anthony Davis so he could conserve his health for the Lakers.

Looks like Zion wants to be out there as much as possible, and we’re not yanking him like Gentry.

The NBA is becoming so soft it's ridiculous. I know so many people that have stopped watching for reasons such as these.
