I say Nunn deserves to keep his starting gig and Goran is locked in as his backup. In the name of keeping Dipo healthy i say talk him into coming off the bench and bringing some much needed scoring punch off the bench. Herro can play on the days that Dipo and Iguodala need rest.

Yeah Herro just needs to hit better from 3s and attack with confidence like he's shown last szn esp. in the playoffs. the game needs to start slowing down for him but that clearly hasn't happened yet and he just seems to be in a prolonged funk for whatever reasons.

We need Herro to be better. there is no way around it.

How good does it feel to have Dedmon out there knowing he can block & clean up boards. It's what we've needed for a long ass time. Even w/ somebody w/ his lower caliber talent can make a diff on this team.

iggy really played well today. I also notice our pace was faster as we just looked for open shots instead of trying to feed a narrative. Guys were looser until the trash unit came in and we tried to force them buckets. KZ still missing open shots, not sure why we are forcing him to be a shooter instead of the slasher he really is. Dedmon was doing his thing and at times trying to direct other players. Nunn has proven he plays well when there is no threat of someone taking his minutes.

Herro does need to wake up to a certain degree. One of the few downsides of being in Miami is all the off the court "distractions" that come with being young, famous and money in your pocket. Think he should get through this, but for now his minutes should be limited as a wake up/other guys are out performing him.

No f'in way I'd give Dipo $20 mil per. He's not healthy, can't stay healthy, and hasn't been playing at nearly that level. He's having trouble staying healthy for even half a season. Forget discounts. He hasn't earned that kind of money. "I was a stud 3 years ago." is not a compelling case to pay him now.

If we can't upgrade I'd offer him $10 mil + a team option. Otherwise ... bye!
