Situational All Star, can be great and make amazing game winning plays here and there. Not a Superstar Curry, Dame, J.Kidd are.

what has dame ever done in the playoffs? get swept? they made the conference finals once with CJ bailing him out to get there

Took his team to WCF and in MVP conversations every day.

What did Kyrie did as a best player? Yeah right. And he playing in a EC boy.

Nets really needed that win with the Raptors game tmmw night which won't be easy at all.

If Blake Griffin doesn't play that would be less that ideal

MAybe KD will be back? Prob not tho. :(

Can't impose his will, shrinks when situation ain't favorable.

He just won't sub 500 trash. What happened in Miami?

Ok than stfu

Curry's team is not even in the top 5 of his conference and you're sitting here talking about who does what when the situation is favorable???

Great team win with a depleted roster. Hopefully Harden and Durant will be back soon

Did someone here say Kyrie was better than Dame or Curry? Wtf is this guy talking about.

Kyrie's energy was weird today but he still played like a star - especially in the 2nd half. Handled double teams all night with ease. We just scored 130.

I feel like GTR11 is always drunk rambling in game threads. I'm not sure if thats actually the case, but that's how it comes across.

He be missing games. I wont say brittle but definitely injuries are concerning when you start comparing him with top 5 players. All that said, when he's on the floor guy is a monster.

Think GSW won't make PO? Ja is good, not Curry good.

I'm holding him to much higher standards than you guys.

What standard is that? Kyrie has been All NBA level all season long. Elite numbers across the board. Who are you comparing him to, Jordan??

Current top ten players. I'll take 20 some Luka and Tatum over him any day. They clutch and lead their team to PO every day.

Guys you marking me as a Kyrie hater is laughable period. If my standards for Kyrie is too high than I'm sorry to disappoint. This guy can't even hold Kobe's towel when it comes to mamba mentality. I'm ashamed I even put Kobe's name here. Top 5 greatest player of all time here.

I don't think Kyrie has any argument for top 10. So I don't think he should be held to that standard. I think he's been top 20ish this year...when he's actually played.

I think it's fair to hold missed time against him. I don't think Tatum is actually better than Kyrie yet though. I don't think he's on his level offensively, although Tatum is a defensive stud already.

You guys suck off Dame so hard and yet he literally chokes in the 2nd round of the playoffs every year.

How is he actually clutch when it matters? I would take Kyrie 10/10.

Not to mention Kyrie outplayed Steph in the Finals two years in a row.

Since when facts become an issue. I'm a die hard Nets fan for a very long time and as you guys went through up and downs. However it don't stop me pointing out obvious things.

Luka and Tatum better players than Kyrie just by looking how many games they play, forget anything else. Your best ability is a availability. Rest get disected after. Guy goes MIA at will and looking at his injury history is nothing to brag about.

You guys are nuts.

Kyrie is putting up nearly 30 points on nearly 50/40/90 efficiency on one of the best teams in the NBA.

How is he not top 10? At worst hes top 12.

He certainly not top 20. Not even close.

Lol he missed like 10 games this and youre butthurt.

Tatum and Luka are both underperforming.

The Celtics were supposed to be competing with the top teams in the East and are barely above .500

The Mavs are a fringe playoff team after everyone thought they would take the next step

I think the team vibe was off from the combination of injury news + the George Floyd verdict. Felt like the energy wasn't there even when we had big plays.

Shamet's improvement is huge for us. He's been flashing legit PG skills. Didn't think he had that in his bag. Snaking PNRs, attacking bigs on isos, getting to the rim. Good decisions all around. Good to see we can use him there in case of emergency or as a secondary ball handler. He's been amazing the last few months. Glad he turned it around because he was straight awful early. Props to him.

Bruce was just a savage today. No chance we win without his energy. He was all over the place.

Tomorrow would've been a perfect game to punt but we literally don't have enough players to rest guys. SMH.

Without MVP and 100% KD we are first or second round exit for sure. This is where I'm at at this point.

My heart tells me NBA champs, my mind tells me I'm bogging.

I mean, other guys are putting up monster numbers too and have played more than he has. Those are facts.

If we give everyone the benefit of the doubt of being healthy, then he's the 3rd best player on his own team. And you have LeBron, Kawhi, Davis, Curry, Lillard, Jokic, Luka, Embiid, Giannis...those are all the guys that are crystal clearly better than Kyrie, and that's 11, and there are a bunch of debatable players beyond that, who I won't get into, because there are quite a few. I'd take a few of them to put Kyrie closer to 20 than 10.

Uh, he's missed 17 games, and that's likely going to be 20 by the time the season is over with load management. In an already shortened-season. That's a lot.

Return to Brooklyn Nets
