Its the defense and the rebounding.

They finally got through to this team that thier best chance at winning was to get stops and push, push, push the tempo.

I love guys like Gill. Doesnt play at all for most of the season, but plays hard when he does get a chance, and is always ready no matter how many DNP-CD' s he's had.

Gafford is very similar to Thomas Bryant in his rim running and elite finishing ability around the basket. Plays with that same motor also. Love it

Ish Smith deserves some consideration for POTG. The guy's +/- is +38! He has just destroyed Cleveland's second unit, pushing pace and playing D.

Neto and Ish are pro mature vet guards- Cleveland has blue chip guards but Neto and Ish out playing them
