It's arguably worse than what Curry has right now despite everyone clamouring on about how Curry is carrying a **** team.

MPJ, Gordon, roleplayers and end of bench players >>> Wiggins , roleplayers and dleaguers. If you have a min look at the advance stats the picture will be clear for you. The warriors without Curry is on pace for a 12% winning season.

Draymond Green is constantly dismissed as a nothing on these boards, but every time I see GSW play, the guy makes a big all-around impact.

agreed he is amazing to work with Curry, now if Curry is not on the floor, who is he passing the ball to? Wiggins? Lee? Baze?

I still can't believe Julius Randle isn't in this poll, while Curry, Lillard and LeBron are all still fighting for a playoff spot.

In terms of wins and losses, Knicks are neck and neck with the Lakers, Mavs and Blazers. Curry and the Warriors are a handful of games worse than the Knicks.

The absolute disrespect.

I'm not saying Randle is the MVP, but he's absolutely in the conversation with those numbers and home court advantage in the east.

Poll was made in March. Blazers and Lakers were higher in the standings at that time.

I know that Curry wears Under Armour so has no chance, but he is the MVP of this league.

If Denver blows the game tonight this thing could be Curry's. Joker is awesome, but this man is absolutely filthy.

he can sit out, or shoot 1/20 with 10 TOs and 6 fouls and still win ... Most likely Curry is not even going to be top 3.

He's wearing an 8th seed just barely that's why he's not getting the award this season. There's no controversy on that.

Give Jokic 36 shots and he will score a lot more than 46...not exactly a game one should be pounding their chests about.

That's the different between Jokic and Curry and hence difference in team records.
1. Jokic makes teammates better shooters by delivering ammos to the right location at the right time. Curry only makes them more open. There is a gap in playmaking abilities even though Jokic is a C while Curry is a PG.
2. Jokic does not miss games, so you don't know how good/bad Nuggets would be without him.

BTW, You cannot drop Draymond as if he were not one of the teammates. He is better than Gordon in almost every aspect... At the end, Jokic may have better supporting cast, but he also delivered many more wins.

Easily see Embiid and Giannis, statistically dominate two-way big with much better team records. One of CP3, Randle, and Luka may be ahead depending on what you value more.
NBA official MVP ladder has NEVER had Curry in top 3 in the past 5 weeks. He was #4 for one week.

Many more wins? Jokic has 9 more wins, maybe 10 if they win tonight. Curry also missed 9 games due to injury and the Warriors lost 7 of them. If Steph had played those 9 games, they'd probably have about 42 wins compared to Jokic's 47/48. I don't know if "many more" is the right phrase.

I think Top 5 will be:
1. Jokić
2. Embiid
3. Antetokounmpo
4. Curry
5. Dončić

9 wins don't seem a lot? - Nuggets and league #1 is separated by 4 wins.
