I don't know the rules for charges exactly but I didn't think you could set that close. and then he did shuffle his feet a few times. But I'm not sure why the used the challenge on that in the 3rd quarter.

The most concerning part of this to me is that Portland is still down and Nurkic hasn't rested/ Kanter hasn't been in in a while.

I don't know the rules on that, but that might have been more worth a challenge than the charge one. Nurkic was maybe out of control so they gave him a charge, but he was not doing anything while on the ground.
