Same Booki, Same!

See you for off-season/Summer league. I'd like a draft pick if possible

I’ll still be around to be petty and laugh at the misfortune of other teams. Like, could you imagine the Trailblazers losing in the first round again? The Clippers? Whew.

Bum ass Crowder is 2 for 20 from 3. He wouldnt have changed this season or this series, no matter how much his dickriders say.

Better than Ariza, Harkless and every other player brought in.

Maybe we win 1 more game with bum ass Crowder and play the Knicks in the first round instead.

Everything must change, perhaps it’s time for something completely different. Perhaps instead of constantly wishing and hoping fir someone else’s FA’s, we change the way we play, our coaching staff or a combination of both.

The next time they play in the facility, it will be known as FTX Arena……..CHANGE

Ariza is better as a backup small foward not a starting power foward on a playoff team against 2 giants

Riley has always had this problem.

After 2006 ring, he ran it back and we got swept by the Bulls

After 2013 ring, he ran it back again and we got spanked by the Spurs next year

We reached 2020 Finals, and Riles ran it back again, now we get swept

Riley is a great bball mind but he lacks the foresight to fix winning teams. he doesn't have the ability to see down the road when his team is good, and change things even when we are doing well. Just because you have success doesn't mean you just run it back. Its like Riles doesnt see the flaws when we do good.

This time was a little different, he didn't run it back because they made the finals, he ran it back for cap space in 2021. If he was running it back every starter would have been brought back. He said no to CP3, Westbrook(which is fine), Gallo & Noel and bringing back Crowder(to a lesser degree) for 2021 cap space. It would have happened exactly the same had they gotten swept last year.

I remember Jimmy once was asked directly if he would like Harden on the Heat and he said something like... hey i like the team we got now, i hope harden finds a plaxe where he can be happy but i like our team as is...

Yeah, get swept.

Everything hinged on Giannis whale. We missed out and handcuffed our chances. Oh well. Blow. It. Up.

I don't blame Riley at all, a lot of folks wanted to run it back with the same squad and see where it went and he did that the best that he could.

I personally would have traded whatever for Harden, then to a lesser extent Chris Paul, but I'm not going to pretend like those decisions would be easy to make if I'm in Tiles position.

Time to rebuild imo

See what I mean? Riley escape criticism no matter what. He's been objectively horrible and the response is, "I don't even blame him, because folks nem wanted to run it back". lol The hell?

But try to say folks nem wanted to keep running with the same lineup even though it wasn't working, and you'd get the same people losing their **** to criticize Spo.

Not really mad at Spo either; his coaching got us to the Finals last year.

After the off-season we were getting B grades for our moves, I think you need to have that perspective if you're trying to be 'objective'

I think that Riley retiring would actually be a win for everyone.

Spo gets a different, more critical look at his coaching style and decisions bc he is no longer the President's boy and being looked after and given chances on that level.

New blood and new ideas coming from the FO.

And Riley gets to retire without too much further damage to his rep. Because sooner or later people are going to start paying attention and connecting Wade to the roster hauls he's gotten praise for, in the way those of us closer to the situation have been for years.

Maybe Riley has an exec he's been training up who can be the interim piece while we get a real experienced exec? Idk. But I think everything is pointing to it being time for Riley to let go of the rope and let the team move in a diff direction. Been time, really.

There are a lot... and I mean a lot of bad front offices out there.

The move would have been to get D.Morey when he left Houston. Sam Presti would be a great guy to get also but I'm afraid he's not going to leave with all the assets he's accumulated to really start making big time moves in the next year or 2.

Didn't realise the game was on so early. Can't say I'm surprised by the outcome I actually hated the Bucks as a first round matchup. They got a lot better and we arguably got worse, writing was all over the wall for a lopsided series. Hopefully now we'll see some real trades in the offseason. It really wasn't a close series at all, 1 close game and 3 blowouts.

although the ending was a disgrace and also degrading for the Miami Heat organization ...it was also a pleasure sharing it with you guys because you were the only ones that gave me hope every night we played, but it had to end sometime

So glad I didn’t bother waking up at 3:30am to watch us get Kermit’d.

Epitome woy fut.

Not sure where we go from here. Going to be a long and painful offseason. No draft pick to look forward to either.
