Ben Simmons is the biggest waste of an elite athletic body I've ever seen. A little less pride, and a little more between the ears and he could have been one of the greatest players in the league. The experiment is over, trade his ass. Sick of having to play with one arm behind our backs all the damn time.

BTW, in terms of Ben's defense....how does that ever help in the postseason? Beal has gone off all series long and he can't even dribble. Tatum wrecked Ben three years ago. Kawhi wrecked him two years ago. Defense is not a trump card. It's just icing. Ben has no offensive skill, he gotta go.

This, in the playoffs, playmaking, perimeter scoring and one on one play is is at a premium. Ben lacks all of that. He is an elite utility man, but not a second star. Dude's gotta go.

I just dont want to give Ben away, but he should be traded. He isnt going to change. They will win on Wednesday though, Embiid or not.

didn't help much...but Doc's lineups and Tobias reverting to last year were bigger issues

You missed the point. Simmons has mental demons which stop him. Embiid can't stay on the court. You can't build a championship team with either.

Refs were trash. Biggest miss though was Tony Bradley. Howard was garbage. I fear we're going to have the same problem as 2 years ago when Embiid sits.

Ben wasn't even on the game for the majority of it.

I wonder if one reporter is gonna dare to ask Doc why he went back to the starters when the bench brought the game back

Ben Simmons being a great defender is irrelevant every postseason because he gets lit up and torched by any star offensive player that he guards because offense >>>>>>>>> defense.

Next year we should probably start Maxey as a pg. We need to develop his scoring abilitiy .And we should trade Simmons or Tobias for a sg or a sf that can be a real second option.

I prefer to trade Ben, his defense is really good but it's offense that win championships.

He adds nothing.

Put Ben at the 5 or go to Reed...hell put Tobias at the 5 before Mike....he is beyond cooked.

also if Maxey is going to be out there don't run the offense through Shake

Having a true second star >>> relying on Tobias Harris to carry the offense at any point in any meaningful game.

Literally a 35 year old Lowry would have won us this game in the same conditions. It's time to upgrade
