there aren't many obvious trade partners left for Ben
so yall gotta be okay with a step back in the short term
sure that will go over well with Jo.

Not sure we're talking about the same guy.
You don't seem sure about the majority of the things you post. Shake had a 20% assist rate this year as a SG/SF. Shake ran point at SMU during his sophomore and junior seasons. What are you even talking about?
If the other teammates shot 10 shots while Shake is out there and 2 are succesful that means your 20% is irrelevant. He averages 3 assists, which mean their teammates take only 15 successful shots while he's out there. He's playing mostly on all bench line ups where he dominates the ball and teammates get less shots.
Carmelo Anthony has a 15% assist rate for his career dude
It's amazing how you relly on obscure statistics out of your ass when convenient but constantly rally against "nerds".

This turned out to be an understandable loss. We had it at the end. Our bench showed some good fight, Maxey and Kork were very impressive in the 4th. I'm not mad, just disappointed with Jo getting hurt. I just hope it's not that bad.

It might go over better than you think if you're getting guys who maximize his skill set.
Simmons isn't the main problem, but he is certainly part of the problem.

What the **** is going on with Joel? Is this "knee soreness" going to turn into a torn meniscus by tomorrow? We've seen this too many times. The vague reporting and lack of any legitimate medical update is concerning.

He didn’t even grab his knee when he went down the first thing he reached for was his back.

Simmons isn't the main problem, but he is certainly part of the problem.
From reading between the lines...its seems like Biid and Doc are the a big reason Ben is still here.
Fox might be the only "realistic" guy I'd target...but he hasn't exactly done much and isn't the type of guard that Biid plays well with either. But the Kings are the only team desperate enough to do something like that. Beal would be nice WITH Ben...not for him. Same for LaVine
My unrealistic and off timeline idea is going to get Jalen Green (or Cade if say the Wolves win the lottery again) and hoping he Luka's his way onto the scene. But that is a tough sell for a guy in his prime who is a ticking time bomb.
This is totally the after game emo inside me..but man sometimes it feels like we simply missed our window and are in a higher tier of hoping everything falls right again via injuries and weird stuff for other teams. Thats probably why I am so butt mad right now..because the path right now is a "easy" path to the conference finals in which we will see a team who depth is bad or non existent and have gimpy guys...and then if we get past that the Western Conference team is the weakest they have been in a looong time. This feel like that flukey right time run....and if Jo is out or labored...again....**** hell man. wtf

Everyone quick to blame Simmons and tonight's criticism is well warranted, but Dwight and Scott as the backup 5's were pitifully invisible. Disgusting performances from our reserve front court.
We all saw Mike Scott perish last year. Doc inserting Weekend at Bernies to play center was a bold strategy, but he probably needs to seek alternative resources going forward.

No clue but if you watch the tape he did not even pay any attention to the knee. The Sixers have always lied about injuries so this is nothing new.

The injury thing is scary because we simply won't truly know what it is until Hopefully tomorrow.
I feel like this could be anything from a precautionary move to a season ending meniscus tear. That's Jo though, and we live and die with him. It's frustrating, and Ben Simmons may very well be the most frustrating player that has ever played for this city. I thought Evan Turner would hold that crown forever, but Simmons is just so insanely talented and yet he simply can't take over when Embiid goes down. I don't understand it at all. You would think that Simmons and four shooters would be a fifty win team by itself. He should be our best player when Embiid sits and he wasn't even our fifth best player tonight. Maxey, Harris, Green, and Hill all had a bigger impact on tonight's game. Let's hope this was just one bad game from him. I imagine Embiid won't play in game 5. Hopefully Simmons bounces back.

Giving up Bradley as part of the Hill trade was a low key bad move.

Lol
It didn’t even look bad man he grabbed his back not his knee. Not once did Jo pay attention to his knee.
Management just didn’t want him to play and they messed up on the fake injury diagnosis.
