A semi realistic team that solves a lot of our issues

If this is possible you have to do it.

It will probably be more like Ball and Beal though.

As the Hawks get swept by Philly next round..lmao

I can’t even front, he talked his schit and backed it up.

Now here’s to hoping Philly makes his life miserable

He cant deal with their actual length. That team is just as big as them.

in 2 games vs the 6ers this year, he averaged 29 pts (50% fg), 6 asts, +6.5, 64.4 TS%, +9.5 net rtg.

trading for rose seems to me that they wanted to make a push for the playoffs this season.

The Rose trade was a favor to thibs and they gave up nothing for him..they could have done more and chose not to..

you're not being realistic...at all. it's nice to dream but it aint happening.

you also expected and rooted for a 20 win season...

did you miss jullius the year before ? if you did just watch the playoff again, that was him. 20 wins sounds generous.

Kawhi loves livingi n San Diego so much he commutes to LA, which is a two hour drive.

Kawhi isn't going anywhere.

You are so damn negative..yes these things are probably not going to happen, but the knicks are a much more believable destination after winning 41 games, showing the nba what a raucous msg could be like and how they no longer would need to be brought in as the saviors but as pieces to compete for a ring. Unlike you, most around the league believe the knicks have made themselves into a very attractive destination.

i think playing in front of an msg crowd just showed how much a team can crumble in that spotlight. knicks were very fortunate to play in empty gyms and not in front of the bright lights of msg crowd. opposing teams didn't get up for those games at msg b/c it was an empty gym.

players do not want that type of pressure night in and night out. if randle struggles a bit to start next year, guess what's going to happen? he's gonna get booed.

While Windhorst declined to name a specific All-Star player, he added that he has guesses about which players could potentially be lured to play in the Big Apple. He cited several reasons as to why players would want to play for the Knicks, from its status as one of the league’s biggest markets, the team’s collection of draft picks, and sizeable cap space that could be used to sign more players.

"Here's the thing," said Brian Windhorst on his podcast. "They have one of the top former agents in the league running the organization in Leon Rose.

"Their number two in their team, I'm not sure what Wes Wesley's title is, but his speciality is relationship building with players. Even if it has waned a little bit as he's gotten older, his speciality is relationship building. And I don't want to say 'backroom dealing' because that implies that it is sinister. But he's known for working in the shadows.

"They play in New York City. They have an abundance of draft picks, young assets and cap space.

"The only sort of flaw in here is I'm not sure every player wants to play for Thibs, but there are some who like them.

"I say within the next 12 months a star, slash, superstar player demands a trade to New York. And I don't know who it's going to be. I have some guesses. I'm not going to say right here. I'll let you guys start thinking about that. Let's just put it this way: league executives certainly have some guesses.

I told you they weren’t coming. There’s no conspiracy theory around this. Players around the league said they knew they were going to the Nets for a while. You were wrong again. Sham curse undefeated

Kawhi isn't coming, but I can see a chance at Beal or a trade for someone..will it happen? who knows...but I am sure we will take some swings and try to sell players. At least we have a lot more to sell then in years past. It may be a trade in which case the player may not have a huge say anyway. If you can get the first domino it opens up the doors.

Unless the star slash superstar is Jayson Tatum, Luka Doncic, or Zion Williamson, I don't care and neither should you.
