what we need are real stars, not the stiff brick go left brothers. i don't even care much about the rest of this until they figure that out. if they do anything but put kawhi and dame together or trade randle and tank, i'll be disappointed. imagine being excited over sexton and turner :lol:

Mitch getting traded triggers you the most :lol:

it's really not. what triggers me most is watching kd & kyrie dominate. all these other "plans" are just the moves of a team going nowhere.

We could’ve gotten KD and Kyrie if it wasn’t for you though. So the only one to blame here… is you

If we strike out with big name talent, I'd like to see us at the very least upgrade talent. Go all in for 2022 offseason.

Payton (10.1pts, 3.4reb, 3.2ast) ----> Malcolm Brogdon (21.2pts, 5.3reb, 5.9ast) Pacers fire sale??
Noel (5.1pts, 6.4reb, 2.2blk) ----> Richaun Holmes (14.2pts, 8.3reb, 1.6 blk)
Bullock (10.9pts, 3.4reb) ----> Kelly Oubre jr (15.4pts, 6reb)

More offense, rebounding, assists, athleticism and youth.

Brogdon/Rose
RJ/Quickly
Oubre/Bullock
Randle/Toppin
Robinson/Holmes

So you consider going from a %41 3pt shooter to a %31.6 3pt shooter an upgrade?

i am not about to cap out for paying brogdon, holmes (who you don't need), and jr oubre.

i do love the idea of getting brogdon. underrated two-way PG.

yep. rather pay bullock less. get a dynamic guard/wing elsewhere.

love holmes too, but our biggest need is scoring talent in the backcourt.

Yea, i'd rather have Bullock over Oubre. At least we know he has good chemistry with the group

wall could be a fascinating addition

if hes healthy hes a monster
and if hes under reasonable contract

I do think we are going to add a pg leader who can be depended on to create for himself and others

Wall, Lowry, Schrooder, Ball
One of these guys will be here

I also think we will be talking to Butler and Kawhai
not sure if we can get them but Kawhai might bounce after this years pathetic showing

john wall hasn't been able to stay healthy in 4 years and has a terrible contract. the only reasonable guy there is probably lowry but i'm guessing he'd want more years than he'd be worth. disastrous pg crop this year

The funny thing is the fact that Drummond would've actually played in the playoffs on the Knicks, compared to having to ride the bench on the Lakers like he did against the Suns. :lol:

For Myles Turner, can Charlotte beat this offer of HIGH 2nd Round pick plus Mitchell Robinson?
In short, all I am saying is RJ-Brunson-Grimes-Quickley-Randle are the untouchables moving forward.

Percentages fluctuate. I'm betting on Bullock's percentage going down and Oubre's going up. We'd still have Bullock, but on the bench providing solid D. Who was the best permitter bench defender last year?

2019-20
Kelly Oubre jr 35.2%
Reggie Bullock 33.3%

I totally get that. Oubre, yuck. Wasn't a fan of the idea at first. He is kind of growing on me. Bullock is a bench guy. Time he plays off the bench. Also, Trae won't be able to guard Oubre if we meet again in the playoffs. One of the advantages. Oubre attacks the basket. Rebounds, etc. I find it intriguing, but I trust Bullock could fill as starter for another year.

Yeah, I think Brogdon is underrate also. He could give the team a huge lift. The idea behind Holmes was his ability to score in the paint. he can also rebound well. Block shots. Pretty solid passer for a big. Athletic. Has a crazy push shot that's money. I like his activity. Skilled size is important.

love dude. big fan of how his game is evolving. wouldn't be surprised if he's shooting threes before it's all said and done. but he's gonna get paid proper. we can only pay so many guys even median money.
