I can already hear Devlin next year in January:

“Pascal with another poor showing - still recovering from that shoulder surgery.”

“Couldn’t work on his game due to the shoulder surgery recovery.”

Not sure why it took so long to have his surgery done since may 8.

Raptors tank 2 years in a row?

Casey again says, "I don't think someone dominated us, I wouldn't use that word."

If so, does this signal why Masai hasn't extended.

Our ceiling is going to be pretty limited next season if Pascal isn’t healthy and primed. Non HCA is where I think we are headed to at best next season.

We couldn't make the playoffs *with* him... i doubt we even finish 10th with him, and without Lowry (in all likelihood)

This is awful news and frankly the management team should be answering tough questions.

This team was playing Siakam 40+ minutes late into the season and lone behold he gets hurt and this is going to negatively effect the team well into next season.

This is why you go the Thunder route for a tank.

Damn that sucks. Cade will have to carry in the first month or so next season.

It could be a total tear down, don't assume we stop at 24. If we get a good pick this year and Masai doesn't re-sign we might get a half decade of high picks. That won't be a blessing if you like good games.

He'll basically be ready to go 1st week of November which is very close to the start of the regular season. By camp I'm sure he'll be doing lots of individual drills and stuff. Not great for his development but I don't think it means much for next season's outlook.
When will we just change the name of 25 of the 30 teams to the Washington Generals?

Please advise….

Was this a lingering issue? Any details if PS was playing with an injured shoulder throughout the season?

Pascal did not play through it

Injured it May 8th and never played again after that, probably tried to avoid surgery but that obviously didn't work out

I already have concerns with our bench being so young and inexperienced. This just makes it worse.

Take your time getting healthy, I'm okay with another lotto pick if it plays out that way.

Maybe misses 1 month? Could be worse. Should be able to do non contact drills by 5th month. This injury is way more serious in baseball and football
