cbs use to be known for those exact moments/plays. he was genius at it and had the guys executing like a thing of beauty.

That one at the end of one of those playoff games in '18 (I think it was game 3 in Philly) where Al got the layup to go in was a thing of beauty.

Well was that by design? Coz Monty drew up the winning play by Ayton. I don’t know if you design a play for Zeller lol. Nice pass by Smart though

Hardly the only time, as much as it use to happen for us it was certainly by design. Of course the players said that Brad drew it up many times, they would even seem surprised that it worked and say Brad knew everything was going to happen exactly the way it did.

It's by design. They even anticipated the switch near the FT area, knew the pass to Zeller would be open. I could post at least five more of these during Stevens earlier years.

i know but baby I'd be maaadddd... nba rules are messy!

You can't shoot a basket on an inbound, so how can that be goaltending?

I am not even sure why they did not review that play

That was honestly one of the most sus things I've ever seen.

1. We only got the broadcast angle replay
2. The review only lasted like 10 seconds
3. The play stood rather than being confirmed or overturned
4. Looked to me like it went off Ayton

That moment is going to evaporate into thin air but I feel incredibly weird about how that happened

I was watching the ESPN 3 feed with no commentary or replays, so I wasn't sure if I had missed something. Guess not.

Clippers luck is

They still got a chance, but dang.
Anyways, whoever wins this, should do fairly well against the Bucks, whom I expect to beat the Hawks in 6.

This PO, everything has been going Suns way(kinda last year Miami Heat style). Both Jones and Williams deserve credit, but Davis and James being hurt, Kawhi- hurt. Denver playing without their 2nd most valueable player in Murray. A LOT has gone Suns' way.

They kind of remind me of our '18 team, but they didn't have to run into still late-ish prime Lebron.

LOL

CP3 got injured in the 1st quarter of the playoffs and couldn't dribble, shoot or pass with his right hand for a week, then he got COVID even tho he was vaccinated and now Booker has a broken nose. Yeah, the Suns are reeeeeealy lucky.

Luck is a part of the game, no need to get all defensive on me. It is what it is. It seems that luck is always a part of the equation when it comes to titles. Paul was alright in game 3 of that Lakers series. You would've had a very tough time beating the Lakers if both Davis and James were healthy. I'm happy James is out of the playoffs tho.

Lebroni is old. I don’t think he’s winning another ship.

1.Booker set an excellent interior pick on that play, in addition to Crowder's perfect pass.
2. The game should have ended right there. The last .07 seconds were a Scott Foster special.
3. PG13 choked at the line. The second miss wasn't even close.

I'm not rooting for the Suns per se but I am rooting for Crowder. He's my kind of player and I hated to see him leave Boston.

Scott Foster really did everything in his power to help the Clippers win that game. I’m so glad they weren’t able to pull it off after that egregious flopping.
