Good hire in regards to resume, age, relatability to the players, and just low key enough to allow him to carve his own way rather than a retread or someone who's name would be too big to be a distraction.

What we'll see on the court, however, is a whole other ballgame... we got a nice find for coach, hopefully he's not set up to fail with poor roster moves.

He’s proven that he shoots far less when we have a healthy team. How is him taking 2-3 bad shots a game worse than guys on the other end blowing defensive rotations double digit times a game?

Smart just shoots more when we are down guys, but that’s how everyone in the nba works.
