really weird period goin on with coaches imo, it's like everyone is a multi time retread or just former players at this point

obviously Pop held the crown for a long time but many say he's past his prime...million dollar question is...who's the best coach in the league right now?

Probably thibbs. Coaching in the nba really only means so much. It is a players league. Thibbs does elevate every team he coaches. Dont know of any other coach that matters to the degree he does.

Best 2 are Pop and RC, Spolestra is 3rd.
McMillan and Lue has shot up the charts, with Monty, I think they make 4-6 currently.

I don't think there's a clear best coach in the NBA. These guys just know everything about basketball, and sometimes all takes for a coach to look better than another is a player being hot at the right time. It can change legacies of coaches without any fault of their own.

Right now it’s McMillan. Look at what he has done with the Hawks. I know Lue is getting props for the clippers but the clippers were supposed to be great. Who thought the hawks would even make the playoffs

Pop. Spo just underachieved this season and RC didn't believe in his coaching skills. Monty and McMillan get fired too much.

Pop.might be past his prime but I don't think he underachieved with his roster except maybe 2016.

People will say coaches who have done well in the last 2 months and forget about everything that came before it.

Pop is more accomplished than all of the coaches still in the playoffs.

Nurse isn't the best coach in the league, but it's disrespectful that you have guys like Snyder and Mallone on this list but not Nurse.
